  This looked like your standard, fancy auto drive through carwash that thoroughly cleans the outside of your car. So we went through and got the highest car wash you could get for 232.50. Almost Immediately, I felt disappointed, there was nothing washing the front, top and back of car other than the rags that’s wipe back and forth softly. When we got out after, there was still dirt on the hood, front and back bumper and side doors. And the bugs from 2 days of driving were still there. So I thought maybe it was tough dirt and bugs so we got the spray and towel and wiped it - it all came right off without scrubbing except for some of the bugs on the front required a little scrubbing. The side washing brushes chipped my side mirrors and part of the front bumper. Not by a whole lot but noticeable. So I ended up with damage and a car I had to hand clean when we were done anyways. We usually go to a club car wash but this was closer and we were out of town, figured it looked just as good. Never thought I’d end up with damage and a dirty car that still needed cleaned after going in.

  I have been using zips for years going to have to terminate the membership. as you'll see in the photos the car wash just doesn't even wash the wheels this was after two trips on the most expensive package they won't allow a third. they used to have a pressure washing wand as you came in and we get the hard to get areas, they say they can no longer do that due to safety. well if you cannot wash vehicles and you're in the car washing business you should get out of it.

  Poor service was a girl there with a bad attitude came to the car I thought it was a strange woman walking up to the car with me and my husband she had a small logo on sweatshirt but barely can notice it maybe she could have said hi and said what service would we like vs well that’s why I came out here. Smh. Just rude I was there before 3 pm Vacuum was horrible Will not go back there again
