    Customer service was excellent and very good at consistent communication. They sent me a video to tell me about the issues and what they had determined and picked my car up from NWA while leaving behind a loaner while they fixed it! Also, I appreciated the easy of payment too.

    We had a pleasant experience at Bill Knight Lincoln. Our salesman (Lonnie) was professional and courteous. If he didn't know the answer to a question I had, he found the answer for me. I didn't feel pressured like so many other dealerships. Thats a big deal for us. I will recommend this dealership to family and friends.

    Jason is the best salesman that I have ever worked with! I have been working with Jason for 10 years now and he is the most knowledgeable and personable person that I know!     I had an excellent experience working with Mark Trumble and the team at Bill Knight Lincoln Volvo. Mark was responsive, professional, and incredibly easy to work with from start to finish. He kept me updated throughout the process, answered all of my questions, and made everything feel straightforward and low-pressure. The best part was that they delivered my new XC60 right to my home, making the entire process incredibly convenient. It was, without question, the easiest car-buying experience I've ever had. I highly recommend Mark and the Bill Knight Volvo team if you're looking for a dealership that truly puts the customer first.

    SERVICE DEPT: This establishment assigns each person/car a "communications expert" who is your ONLY point of contact regarding your vehicle. Alex Chavez was ours. He was out sick for 2 days and over those 2 days we called multiple times asking for an update on the car. No one would provide an update, saying only Alex could. Be warned if you leave your valuable property here, nobody will take responsibility for it. Alex did not communicate with us unless we called and texted multiple times. At one point when calling to ask if the car was looked at yet (5 days after dropping it off), we were informed an "urgent email" would be sent to Alex. An email to a guy who was out sick! We were never allowed to speak to a manager throughout the process, and we asked about 7 or 8 times. We ended up finally getting to speak with a manager by demanding it in person, and he brushed off every issue and was defensive instead of providing customer service solutions. This is all in addition to our concerns not being addressed. We explained in depth over phone and text message what issues we had. We have screenshots. Multiple fault codes were showing up causing electrical issues throughout the car. When the technician sent his diagnosis video, he said "I'm not sure what I'm supposed to be looking for." Really great communication from Alex there! And to add another level, this was the 2nd time we've taken the car in for this same issue. The first time, it was completely disregarded, and we had to bring it back in. The 2nd time we brought it in they found a battery issue, which shouldve been caught the first time when we had a "comprehensive assessment"! We will be driving to Little Rock if future dealer service is needed. And one last note....when we got the car back, the Key cover was missing. See photo. Technician said he must have lost it. Apparently they will mail us a new one, but they were supposed to do a lot of things they didnt do. Please do not respond with a phone number to call with our concerns. We have already spoken with management and it was useless. We filed a complaint with Volvo corporate and are waiting to hear back.
