  The service was great, they start with a video inspection, that's great because you get to see some things that you would never unless your vehicle is for that repair. They send out courtesy txt messages just to let you know your service is on schedule and then you get a txt that you vehicle is ready to be pick up. It was a very good experience.

  I do not leave bad reviews but felt compelled to do so here. My wife and I drove from AR after finding a specific Volvo on their website. I called a few times throughout the week of heading to the dealership. Our salesman Mark was excellent, however once we began looking at the numbers with the Finance Manager the price listed on their website was 7k less than what they were actually wanting for it at the dealership. They offered 5k less on the trade in than what we had been offered at 2 other dealerships. The final price on the website was not accurate, and we would not have made the trip and wasted our Saturday if the asking price online was accurate. Not a good experience and would not recommend if they are in the business of false advertising their prices online.

  Booked a regular maintenance appointment through the Volvo App and drove all the way 3 hrs. After reaching, I was told it costs close to $50 more than what it showed in Volvo app. This isn’t fair as I drove 3 hrs to this cheap place. Never coming back again. I’m going to raise this issue with Volvo. Too bad

  This was an amazing experience! I brought my car in to have a security update and my keys updated. From the moment I got there I was treated with kindness and respect. One young man rushed to the door to open the door for me twice! Then when I got inside Alex greeted me with a smile and very patiently explained the process. He then had Lyft pick me up and take me to the mall to meet my daughters. While at the mall, I received updates on my Volvo and even received a video showing my car and the steps they took to thoroughly check my car. When it was finished Volvo even had Lyft pick me and my daughters up at the mall and brought us back to the Volvo dealership. My car was clean and well cared for. Alex even came out and helped me set up my Google account and worked on getting my car to work with the app. When my car wouldn’t cooperate, he told me to try again first thing in the morning and if it didn’t work they’d get me right in. But as he suspected, it just needed to soft reset and worked great the following day. The whole experience was unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. I’ve been telling everyone that they need a Volvo!😊
