  Marc was very attentive and knowledgeable about the car we were looking at. If he didn’t know something, he would be honest and tell us he would make sure he gave us an accurate answer. After the sale, he spent time helping us understand the details of the new car. It was probably the best car buying experience I’ve ever had.

  Alex with their service department was very nice, but other than that I would not recommend the Volvo service department. I have taken my car for its routine maintenance 3 times now so I don’t think it’s just a one time bad experience. There has never been clear communication on when the service will be completed. Once they lost my car for an entire weekend, another time it too 1.5 days to complete. This most recent time it took 6 hrs just to complete an oil change and tire rotation. When I text to see when I could pick up my car I was told it was be done “within the hour”. So i coordinated a ride there to pick it up, 3 hours later it was done without completing all of the services they had originally said they would.

  I had my 30,000 mile service this week at Volvo and it was a great experience! They came to the house, picked up my car and returned it the same day. So easy. The service advisor was very knowledgeable and helpful.

  Just got my dream car after retiring recently! I have driven company cars most of my career, and upon the start of my new chapter, first in order was to buy my new car. Marc Nellis of Volvo Cars of Tulsa listened to my priority list and made it happen. My Volvo XC60 is safe, fun and beautiful! Thanks to Marc and his team for engaging every step of the way to get me in this car. I appreciate their efforts and time and will enjoy it for years to come!

  Had a very unfortunate experience with Volvo Service. Quite honestly was considering trading and upgrading quite soon, but this last visit may have solidified our family choice. I requested an oil change and to top off fluids/just identify anything else they may think is necessary to tend to. I was told a complimentary pickup and delivery of our vehicle was possible. Sounded great (later saw it on an itemized bill that never quite added up). Keith from their valet team was kind and on time even though he was given the wrong contact info for me. (Thankfully the previous car owner let me know). At the top of the day, I was given 3 choices to move forward with. Ranging from $839-$1,472. I shocked to say the least. Somehow spark plugs, an oil change, even with a military discount brought me a little above $840 even though my itemized final bill reflected $919. Itemization never quite matched. Among the items- There was a quality control fee. $536 tune up fee.. which my husband has narrowed down to spark plugs and labor. I was also charged appx $73 for related services. Make it make sense. Now, we have a very frustrated house and I have to admit, other larger vehicles or providers are looking more palatable for our growing family. I’ll spare everyone the frustrating comments about ai versus human interactions. I do not think the Bill Knight family would agree with how this was handled.
