- CGColby GSep 17, 20262.0This was the second time my car wouldn’t start, completely dead. It’s 5 months old. It’s a battery issue. Last time, evidently, Volvo of Tulsa installed an old battery, which cause my car to have the same issue only 4 months later. New car, multiple dead batteries. They would not troubleshoot further. Communication was poor. Staff was not friendly and seemed more annoyed by my questions and calls than anything. The purchase experience wasn’t bad, they were friendly; however, service has been less than satisfactory. I hope these comments are taken seriously and improvements made. I understand we all have bad days, but all I wanted were answers and help with a loaner car (I have to have a car for work) and it seemed to be a bother for any of that to happen. They did come through with the loaner, which an appreciate and will give credit for that.
