  We have been pleased with Tuffy's. They are have good communication with the customer so there's no surprise costs. They work hard to diagnose and help find a solution that works for the customer. Great customer service!

  Happy to have a place so close to take my vehicles for maintenance and repairs. Grady has been wonderful to work with. He's friendly, knowledgeable, and seems to really care about the quality of the services that are provided. Not easy to find places that are ethical and reliable. I will continue to use Tuffy Auto Service for all future needs because he and his Auto technicians have shown me they are reliable and trustworthy. Keep up the good work!

  We took our 2011 Jeep Liberty in for an oil change and systems diagnostics. The Tuffy crew did a very thorough inspection. Come to find out some TLC was needed. The head gasket was blown, brakes and suspension needed attention and some other minor items. The service advisor, Grady, did an excellent job of explaining the concerns and providing options to get them fixed. The service technicians did an awesome job getting the Jeep up and running better than it was before. We have been looking for a good, honest, and reasonable auto service center and have found it. We would definitely recommend the team at Tuffy Auto Center. We greatly appreciate the great service.
