  I bought a Porsche Cayenne from someone who takes meticulous care of their vehicles. They recommended Tuffys, who had been performing service on the vehicle, and had absolutely no problems with them. However, after my first oil change with them I somehow developed an oil leak. I told them about it and they immediately quoted me $3000 for a new oil pan. Mind you, there was never a single issue prior to that first oil change. I took the Cayenne to 2 other places and they both confirmed that all I needed was a bigger oil plug. So not only did Tuffys create the problem, their solution was to charge me drastically more than what was necessary for the very problem they created.

  I get discounts on auto parts (3rd party). I took all the parts for a 100k mile maintenance to Same Day Tire and Auto just down the street. They quoted me $1900. Then I took the same vehicle and partsto Tuffy, Quoted $900, because they cared enough to look at what services overlap and removed fees. For example, timing belt replacement, have to take the water pump off, gave them a new pump and they put it on for "free" as opposed to Same Day charging an extra 2 hours of labor for a water pump install. Don't care if Same Day is a 5 minute walk from my house, taking all my vehicles to Tuffy from now on. They do excellent work and actively try not to screw over customers for free money by making sure they aren't "double charging" for what is effectively the same amount of work.

  They were great! Joey & Grady were awesome! Very helpful, nice, fast, friendly & easy to work with. Would highly recommend.
