  I moved to Tulsa temporarily and had a membership from another state. This location has the worst vacuums. Most don’t work and the ones that do barely suck anything. The card readers on the detail kit stations don’t work. My car is never clean after the wash. There is trash everywhere. No molded mat washers. I canceled my membership today because of all of this. I can do a better job with a shop vac… and in less time.

  Had to go through 2 times after purchasing most expensive wash, then no towels to dry so water spots on windshield. Looking forward to Quick Quack coming soon up the street.

  So I noticed that every time we come through our cars are less and less clean so we stopped our membership. I went through today just needing a quick wash and with some bugs from traveling and the car looked just as dirty as when I first went through. I went back around and cambri (who was very nice and very professional great customer service) pulled out a pressure washer and sprayed them off and then sent me back through. I’ve seen this technique at club car wash(imo the best) and if this is a plausibility for Tommy’s to do better washes why don’t they? Just a thought.
