  Think twice about signing up for their monthly plan when i was in town for a couple months last year….it is nearly impossible to cancel it. I canceled mine a year ago in person in April, and found they continued to bill my CC $22 every month. I started calling and trying to contact them when I discovered this in November, however they never answer their phone, and don’t respond to e-mails. I was back in Tulsa in May of this year and stopped in. Sure enough, my account was still active. I made them cancel it while I was there, and this time witnessed it in person. They told me the chain had been acquired by another company (Whistle something or other), and gave me their phone number & e-mail. I’ve called and left messages, sent two e-mails, and never received any kind of response. So far it looks like they finally stopped billing me, but I have two years worth of charges to be refunded. Aside from from that, their car wash works great.

  I have been a membership customer here for a while. Recently I noticed my monthly membership increased from around $16 to $21. I asked an employee about the change, and they told me they would send more information by email after I provided my contact information, but I have not received a follow-up yet. I understand prices can change, but I hope customers can receive clearer communication and follow-up regarding membership updates in the future. If there is an explanation for the increase, I would appreciate receiving it before having to contact my bank about the charge.

  Eh not my favorite but I was in Tulsa and they do not have a Club Car Wash
