    Jessica (Tulsa location) did an excellent job of getting me thru the process quickly. Preloading info and payment online is the way to go. I have noticed the last two rentals did not have my choice available when I arrived, but a upgrade was immediately offered.

    I’m never going back to the old rental companies. SIXT has high quality vehicles at affordable prices. Much friendlier and helpful. I originally had a rental from another company and it was AWFUL. SIXT doesn’t work directly with insurance, but you can submit for reimbursement.

    The whole experience from start to finish was so seamless and every person we encountered was so friendly and accommodating. Appreciated having a stress free travel experience, which is rare. This is an excellent location and staff.

    They were super helpful and kind! I was running late from a series of long flight delays--so much so that I was landing nearly an hour after close. Still, the agent held the car, called me to help get there quickly, and had the car ready after the delay. She was so great! I can't thank them enough.

    I originally left a 5-star review after being asked to do so by an employee, but I am revising it to provide a warning. I am a Platinum member. When I arrived to pick up the sedan I reserved, despite completing all paperwork in advance and arriving on time, I was told that only a minivan was available. Because I could not wait for another vehicle to be returned, I asked about several cars in the return area and was ultimately given an SUV that had just been returned and had not yet been processed or cleaned. At the end of my rental, I returned the vehicle and was told by Seth I was “good to go.” I received a Return Receipt stating in two separate places that “no change in the vehicle’s condition was detected.” Three days later, I received an email from the Sixt Claims Department alleging a scratch on the bumper and demanding $1,572.16. I immediately disputed the claim, attached the Return Receipt documenting that there were no changes in the vehicle’s condition, and requested evidence showing that the damage occurred during my rental period. I also requested an extension of the payment deadline until the dispute was resolved. I received no response to my dispute. Instead, I received an automated call a few days later warning that the invoice would be sent to collections if I did not pay, despite the due date still being a week away. After resending my email and again receiving no response, I called the claims department and remained on hold for more than an hour. When I finally reached a representative and explained the situation, I was told that the claim had likely been sent to the wrong customer and that it would be canceled. Fortunately, I used a credit card that provides rental car coverage, but that is not the point. It took hours of effort and persistence to resolve a claim that should never have been sent in the first place and that almost got sent to collections. And I believe that during the dispute period my credit card paid the claim anyway, so Sixt still got their bag in the end. There are many accounts online of Sixt and their propensity to make shady damage claims that I wish I had seen before I rented with them. So, here’s the review that you asked for.
