  The store manager sets the tempo of how a store operates. The store manager at this location is slow, has to tell you a 5 minutes story while ringing you up and she has done everything!!!! This was my go to store on a daily, I avoid this store like it has the plague. One last thing, hand change back to a customer, do not lay it on the counter where is it troublesome to pick up. That was today, I left the change on the counter until the clerk picked it back up. Good customer service is not optional, it is expected. The ladies and gentlemen at QuikTrip don't let your change on the counter, they hand it to you. This Sinclaire store manager needs to go and stand and watch the proficiency of QuikTrip clerks!!!!!

  Just pulled up at 10:50pm (yes i know it closes at 11) as i got out of my car and walked up to the door the older lady that works there came from behind the counter and locked the door on me. This is the third time ive came to this “convenience” store and it was closed early. Why have a set time of closure if the store is always closing before hand?
