And don’t forget our wide selection of Grab & Go items, including all beef hot dogs and taquitos, breakfast sandwiches, subs, salads, wraps, and donuts. - CRCassie RainesJan 31, 20263.0I came in this morning around 9am (1/31/2026) for donuts and paid for a donut for someone I see walking around the neighborhood often. At the counter, the cashier working at this time was extremely rude to him and openly accused him of “always asking for free stuff,” called him a liar, and made comments about his personal life (including claims about his kids stealing money and that he spends his money on lottery tickets). This was said out loud in front of other customers. Regardless of what she believes she knows about him, it is inappropriate to publicly shame a customer like that while ringing them up—especially in front of a line of people. It was uncomfortable to witness and it likely embarrassed him. I truly hope he doesn’t return to be treated that way again. Food was great, but the service in that moment was unacceptable. I hope management addresses this with proper training/coaching so customers are treated with basic respect. And for the record: I hope he wins the lottery.
