I called to let them know, they pick up the phone and say " just set the phone on the counter, " then laughed . I waited and said hello several times. They continued talking about their day.... unprofessional and terrible service.....

Tried to get the "1$ Dr. Pepper with a pizza slice deal," should have come out as $1 + $3.69 = $4.69 + tax. Was charged $7. There is no way that I was charged ~$3 in tax, when that's the amount of tax I pay when buying a $35 necklace from Black Moth. I didn't buy $35 worth of stuff. I bought $5 worth or stuff, and BA/Tulsa don't have a 50% tax rate. FRAUDS. This is why they won't give you a receipt unless you ask for one. They're stealing from you and hiding the proof by literally throwing away the receipts. FRAUDS.
