- ASA S3 days ago1.0I have been a customer of Quick Quack Car Wash since they opened their location on Sheridan, but after my most recent experience, I will be taking my business elsewhere. I stopped by twice recently just to vacuum my car because my little one had made a mess inside. The last time I visited, a Star Leader (unfortunately, I don’t remember her name) approached me and told me I had to pay $5 to use the vacuums. Let me clarify: I was not there just to vacuum. I was planning on washing my car as well! The whole point of vacuuming before washing is to remove dirt and debris from the floor mats so you don’t end up washing your car with all that mess still inside. I explained that I was planning to wash my car, but she responded by telling me that I had already vacuumed twice without washing my vehicle. Instead of listening to me or having a polite conversation, she made me feel like I was doing something wrong. Even if there is a policy regarding vacuum use, there is a much better way to communicate it. Customer service should be about treating people with courtesy and respect, not making longtime customers feel unwelcome. There are plenty of other car washes in Tulsa with free vacuums, including: * Quick N Clean Car Wash * Crystal Clean Car Wash * Wash World Car Wash * Super Klean Car Wash * Okie Express Auto Wash Why should I continue giving my money to a business where I feel watched and harassed by a Star Leader when I have other options? After being a loyal customer since the Sheridan location opened, Quick Quack has lost my business. I will gladly take my car somewhere else, where I can vacuum and wash my vehicle without being treated like I am doing something wrong. Customer loyalty matters, and so does the way you treat people.

One of the employees at the 41st and Sheridan location told me their AC inside the car wash is broken too! What is management doing here? According to OSHA a workplace environment cannot be above 86 degrees. What other safety rules are being ignored, I wonder?
