  From renting this car rental five minutes beforehand in Tulsa, Oklahoma to returning it in Detroit everything was spectacular

  Bogus phone number and you cant reach anyone at airport to get items left behind in vehicle. For how much money they charge us to rent you would expect a working telephone number

  UPDATE: I'd like to thank National itself for the response. Unfortunately, I'm not having any trouble dealing with caring customer service agents. They've been great. I've contacted them via the contact us every day for 6 days now since the item went missing. They keep telling me they've reached out to Tulsa. I've been told to expect a call from the Tulsa location. There has not been any contact from Tulsa. So far still I've been trying to get a hold of the Tulsa Airport location about a left behind item. It's been 4 days of continuous calling to National's main number. Ive been told they've reached out to the Tulsa airport office and I'll receive a call back. I've filed the list and found report have been told they'd reach out to me. So far crickets. The 918 phone number listed on my reservation is not in service. This is terrible customer service.

  Second time in Tulsa, and Josh and the team made it such a great experience! Nothing better than a friendly and cheerful team to greet you after a long day of travel. They ensured I was taken care of. I really appreciate the memorable service. Thanks Josh!

  When I arrived to pick up the car, I was informed that my rental would be $.40 a mile. This was not made clear when I made the reservation. When booking I was presented with the cheapest option of luxury car versus an economy car, which was twice as much. Since it was already time for me to leave town when I went to pickup the car, it didn’t leave me with very many options. I checked other rental agencies, but by this point, they were also astronomical as it would have been last minute to book with another rental agency. The rental car drove great, and my experience was good with it. But adding in the mileage and all of the surcharges, it made it almost $700 which seemed pretty high to me for a four day rental. All in all most of my experiences with enterprise have been very satisfactory, but this was subpar due to the surprise charge of having to pay mileage. I feel it would be better to make this more apparent in the rental reservation process so customers have the option to choose a different car agency. I rent many cars a year and this is the first time I’ve ever run into having to pay mileage.
