  Mrs Kim was very nice and didn’t waste time, it was like in and out, I needed that, we were engaging in the conversation too, that was my first time ever going to a rental place and the service went very fast, big up Mrs Kim at Oklahoma Airport. I’m looking forward for another experience like that at National car rental.

  Friendly people during pickup and drop off. They “really” appeared genuinely willing to do anything to make my rental experience pleasant. That’s what I call customer service!!!

  Jennifer from the Tulsa airport location provided excellent service and we wanted to give a shout out to her. A sedan rental from another National location had poor handling and we opted to switch to a SUV but the one we were given was driven from MA and not cleaned yet. Jennifer stepped up and got us in a clean, comfortable minivan that made the rest of the trip so much better. We appreciate the help provided!
