  Dustin was able to take care of my roadside call in less than 15 minutes after my car broke down on me when I was on the way to the shop to have it looked at. Definitely 5/5 stars!

  My insurance chose this company to tow my vehicle. Robert was very professional. He went above & beyond to assist me. I was really stressed about my car being totaled, but Robert had great communication skills & worked fast. I will definitely use them in the future if I ever need another tow. Thank you, guys! ❤️

  Put in a request for assistance through my insurance and they sent us to Lux. We waited over an hour and called for an estimated time. Lady said they were on the way. 30 min later I tried to call again and kept getting hung up on immediately. We were in a very bad spot and the traffic was very bad due to road construction.

  Thank you so much! Nobody is happy when needing a tow, but I appreciate the respect and calmness of the dispatcher on the phone, very helpful, very respectful, very demure. Very appreciative I am. I would absolutely call them if I ever need service again, and recommend to others as well. The driver was cool as hell as well, thank you guys for being awesome. Oh yeah, and they was hella fast and cheaper than any one else! 10/10!!!

  They charge the absolute state maximum and tried to be Deceiving about pricing saying the state is required to charge and that the rates were mandatory but when I look it up in front of him she said it is what it is that’s other rates we’re going to charge. “Family owned” I literally explained that $557 would put us hardly eating at all this week. I’m 23 with a 1yr old and my fiancé. We currently live in a camper and I work in sales. Sales in our company slow down allot from around Feb to August so we’re been struggling to say the least. They hard no care or understanding to our situation. Not to add we’re weren’t even the ones driving. I let a family member drive it one day to get his kids from Kansas and I didn’t know he had a warrant l. He got pulled over otw in Tulsa and never got to his kids and the car got towed here. We did everything to come up with enough to get the car out, we managed to do that in 4 days. In 4 days I got charged $557 and they couldn’t come down a penny. Also said I had to have cash and exact change, “they didn’t have change” needless to say I’m extremely unhappy with my experience l, from the lying about pricing and state “required” fee and acting like that was a must do they could get in trouble too charge the maximum the state allows and not willing to work with us literally at all not even on change. Even after I explain how desperate our situation dang near in tears to them it made no difference. I can just say personally if I ran a tow company I wouldn’t be able to bring myself to charge the maximum to a young family and doing everything they can and doing everything right… it just doesn’t feel right
