I am submitting this complaint regarding my experience with your service department.
I called ahead and arranged to have the sleeper blower motor replaced under warranty. Before I came, I confirmed by phone with another branch in Oklahoma City that the required part was in stock. Based on that information, I drove to your location and arrived about two hours later.
When I arrived, the parts department directed me to the service department. After I explained that my truck was under warranty and that I was there for the blower motor replacement, the service staff instructed me to drop my trailer and park my truck in front of one of the service bays.
After several hours, I was informed that not only was the blower motor defective, but the electronic blower motor controller module had also failed. The technician removed the controller and showed it to me. They told me they had the blower motor in stock but would need to order the controller module through overnight express shipping.
I explained that I was currently under a load and would return in two days. At that point, I was told I had to pay a $300 diagnostic fee. This charge came as a surprise because I believed the repair was covered under warranty. I explained that I did not have $300 available at that moment and could only pay $200. Instead of working with me, I was told they would call the police if I did not pay. I told them I would try to borrow money from friends to cover the balance. Eventually, they accepted the $200 payment and told me to return in two days for the repair.
To keep the appointment, I again drove the additional 200 miles. I arrived at 8:00 a.m., but I was told the parts had not arrived. They asked me to wait until 1:00 p.m., but by then nothing had been delivered. Because it was Friday, they told me to come back on Monday or Tuesday instead. I left my phone number and asked them to call me when the parts arrived, but I never received a call. When I contacted them myself, they acted as though they had no record of me or my truck.
From the moment I first met the service advisor, whom I believe is named Jeff, a young man with blond hair, his attitude toward me felt unwelcoming. He appeared irritated from the beginning, spoke in a rude and condescending manner, and made me feel as though I was an inconvenience rather than a valued customer. Throughout my visits, I felt ignored. Staff members seemed more interested in talking among themselves than helping me, even though I had followed their instructions and made significant efforts to return as requested.
The overall experience left me feeling disrespected and treated differently from how I would expect any customer to be treated. I cannot say for certain why I was treated this way, but the lack of professionalism, communication, and basic courtesy was unacceptable. I went out of my way to accommodate the dealership’s schedule, incurred additional travel, paid an unexpected diagnostic fee, and still did not receive the promised repair or even a follow-up phone call.
I hope this matter will be reviewed seriously. Customers deserve to be treated with respect, provided accurate information, and kept informed throughout the repair process, especially when their vehicle is under warranty.

Very short on courtesy ...I even can say very rude.
My truck was there for 5 days just to recalibrate the cruise control .
Don't waste your time here .
They will take your money and treat you badly.
