  They kept changing pick up date so we had trouble coordinating with our insurance for our rental, mind you we are driving over an hour out. Pick up was on a Fri, we picked it up, drove it home to drop me off and then hubby drove it to work in OK city. Now they didn't tell us until pick up that the mirror they replaced wasn't the right one so we would have to bring it back to have the proper one installed. Fri night when Hubby got to work he realized it wouldn't lock, the lock wouldn't move physically or with button and the alarm would not set. Then he discovered the mirror wouldn't move up or down and only side to side intermently. We had to wait until Mon to call because they were already closed for the weekend but I did call them and inform them of the issues early Monday morning. Brought it back h in on the following Fri to put in the proper mirror this time and they told us that the cables for the lock were broke but they couldn't possibly have done it even though it locked and alarm set when we dropped it off. Upon getting in the vehicle not only does the mirror not move or adjust at all, but none of the windows will roll down. So we cannot lock our car, cannot see the alarm, cannot adjust the mirror to even leave the parking lot and cannot roll down windows to even adjust the mirror to drive it. Told them to come out and check it for themselves and they have refused.

  I had an excellent experience at this collision center, and a huge part of that was thanks to Bethany. From the very beginning, she was incredibly kind, patient, knowledgeable, and professional. She took the time to explain every step of the repair process, answered all of my questions thoroughly, and made what could have been a stressful situation feel much easier to navigate. What stood out most was how much she genuinely seemed to care about her customers. She never made me feel rushed and always took the time to ensure I understood what was happening with my vehicle. Her communication, attention to detail, and exceptional customer service went above and beyond my expectations. If you’re working with Bethany, you’re in great hands.   Great customer service and very friendly staff! Had brought my car in due to it being hit. They were great through the whole process. I was given an estimated date on when the work would be finished and it was finished two days early. Debbie is amazing, very helpful and professional.

  Thank you to Gerber Collision and Glass on Memorial in Tulsa for fixing my Lexus. I went to a leadership lunch and someone smashed in the front of my car while I was in Ti Amo. Thankfully they left a business card in my wiper and their insurance then paid to fix my car. I had to leave another different body shop because they told me they wouldn't stand by the work if the color didn't match... WHAT So I went to Gerber and they took great care of us. The car was ready in one week. I'll go back any time we need glass or bodywork. In fact they also replaced a window on another car we have after they did this pictured Lexus. Great experience, great communication, and I'm thankful that they stand by their work. We didn't have to pay because it was an insurance job, but we saw the prior company's bid and Gerber's was $1,000 less. They replaced parts, rewired stuff, replaced parts of a light, replaced a wheel and tire, dealt directly with insurance, repainted the bumper to match my car. They separately buffed out a place on this car, and replaced a window in another car. Thank you Gerber!

  Be careful of online quote. I called to reschedule my appointment and the operator reschedules. Then says let's check your quote. Comes back in a about a minute, we don't have the aftermarket glass for your car in stock, Chrysler 300, we only have OEM and that's $190 more than the online quote. The original date to replace was three days ahead before I asked to push back a week. Plenty of time to get the aftermarket glass. Fortunately, my windshield replacement is not urgent, so I cancelled and will look elsewhere.
