  Emily did an amazing job and made my experience easy and comfortable. From making sure everything was out of my old car to ensuring I understood all the new features of the new, she did an amazing job! It was comfortable, quick and an overall great experience!

  This rating is solely based on their parts connection driver who likes to cut people off not use turn signals or use them when unnecessary. Personally I would have a higher standards for a parts delivery driver.

  Zach, Ben, and Emily at Fowler were amazing through our whole experience of buying a new Sienna. Honest and upfront with the pricing, quick with the paperwork, and very thorough in walking my wife through all of the features and controls of her new van. We will definitely be back for our next purchase

  When you buy a vehicle, you judge the company you’re doing business with by the overall experience. I bought my truck over two years ago and I still take it here for service because this is the first time I’ve dealt with a dealership that continuously keeps going above and beyond for me and I must give a special shout out to Jackie in the service department because it feels like you have a family member taking care of you and looking out for your best interest at all times. I feel like the level of service I get at Fowler Toyota is even better than at the high-end dealerships like Mercedes Benz. I just feel like they fight to do what’s right for me rather than the constant auto industry, upsell, pressure tactics I’ve experienced elsewhere. I hit a curb with my truck and I blew out two tires and my first instinct was to have the wrecker. Take my truck to the dealership to look over my truck, when I got there, they had me in a loaner within 15 minutes and the following morning before noon, my truck was ready. I just don’t know where else you get this kind of service. Thank you, Jackie

  I had the best experience purchasing my vehicle from Fowler Toyota because of Marshall. He went above and beyond from the very beginning. He was patient, knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable asking questions without ever feeling rushed or pressured. What impressed me most was that his customer service did not stop after the purchase. When I noticed an issue with my rear door handles, I reached out to Marshall, and he immediately reassured me that it was not normal and helped me get it addressed. He stayed involved, communicated with me, and made sure I felt taken care of. I was also introduced to the service team and received follow-up from a personal service agent to help with future maintenance reminders. When I brought my vehicle in, Marshall stayed to provide additional information and ensure everything was handled properly. The issue was inspected, confirmed not to be normal, and the necessary parts were ordered right away. This experience showed me that Fowler Toyota truly values their customers beyond just making a sale. Marshall provided exceptional service, and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a vehicle and a dealership that genuinely cares.
