  Worse first car buying experience I’ve had wouldn’t let me leave kept trying to convince me to buy a car that had obvious car damage when I ended up buying a new car. They promised me it would include the dash cam, organizer and Matt’s got none of that. Filed a complaint to Toyota months ago was suppose to get a call from them never did. Genuinely disappointed worst customer experience I’ve ever had coming from someone who works in customer experience as well.

  Always a great experience in the service department at Fowler. They never seem predatory or in the habit or recommending unnecessary, costly services. They do the essentials and keep my Toyotas safe to drive and running like it should! We have worked with Bryan, Bill and Jackie to my memory, possibly others, but each of them caring and great at communicating!

  BAIT AND SWITCH! BEWARE! I bought a Toyota here in March 2026. I was told I was qualified for this fabulous 'protection package' on my vehicle. When the car arrived GUESS WHAT?? all of a sudden I somehow wasn't given the fabulous 'protection package'. Patti Austin the salesperson said 'You dont get that' after James Bailey had assured me the fabulous 'protection package' was included. BEWARE BEWARE THIS PLACE!! They ARE NOT HONEST! BEWARE!

  My car was serviced here exclusively until a few months ago. Here’s what happened: 1. They told me I needed a new compressor. With a simple inspection that turned out NOT to be the case at all. Just needed to reconnect a part that was fine before I brought my car in for an oil change. 2. Looking very likely they added the wrong type of oil—OW8 instead of OW20–which was found after a check engine light and error codes thrown. That last visit has cost me a lot of money. An important lesson learned though—they are dishonest and dangerous and you should stay far far away from this place if you value your vehicle.

  They helped me out of a really tough spot with a sudden recall issue. While they had the vehicle i had some additional maintenance completed and they did a wonderful job. Fast turnaround and great communication. Highly appreciated and recommended!
