- KWKevin WeatherfordMay 9, 20261.0Flew into Tulsa this past week. Called ahead of time and found the airport was sold out. Was able to confirm a rental at their downtown Tulsa branch. Confirmation number saved!! Took an uber from the airport and walked into the branch. Store manager Kyle asks how can I help? I showed my confirmation #. He says sorry no cars available! He then says the app or 800 call center do not know their local inventory. So after 20-30 mins discussing how this could happen and waiting for the other uber, Kyle says you can use the car I was Going use to get home tonight. What?? He states as the mgr he gets to use any cars onsite. Nice of him but after poling him for 30 mins he finally gave in. What sticks is that others folded and walked away. CRAZY!!!!!

Don’t ever rent a vehicle from Enterprise car rental. They promised they had a vehicle ready I reserved it weeks ago, but they didn’t, and now I am stuck in a town I don’t know, all by myself and won’t be able to go get my fiancé from his later flight at the airport. Booking policies make it impossible to rent. This is like the 3rd time they’ve screwed up our rentals. There is no excuse for forcing a female customer into an unsafe situation and that is precisely what they have done.
