  My wife rented a vehicle on Monday, August 31, 2026. The agent did not offer or go any go over anything in the vehicle or offer to show her anything. This morning she was leaving early and was not able to even get out of the garage because of not knowing how to work the shift. Neither one of us have ever had a vehicle with a shift like this one. I came out later, but by the time we got through, she was late and missed a meeting altogether. All they did was a walk around about scratches or damage. Didn’t offer or show anything of the features of the vehicle. Very poor service. I read some other reviews, so I’m not gonna waste time trying to file a complaint. We just won’t be going back there anymore.

  Liars. Told me they had my rental reserved then day of no one knows what im talking about. Terrible service. Do not recommend.

  I was scheduled a rental for Monday. They said they won't have one till Wednesday. Well it's Wednesday and I've been on hold for 10 minutes. I've never seen an enterprise location that busy ever in my life where they can't answer the phone. Even when I got the phone call Monday it seemed as if he was in a rush to get me off the phone. Overall bad experience and I haven't even gotten a car that's already paid for

  The ONLY person willing to listen to what I wanted to drive other than what insurance is willing to pay for was Noah. Everyone else (MULTIPLE PEOPLE) kept pushing an SUV because "insurance will pay for it". I don't drive an SUV for a reason. They kept telling me they had zero cars available. I pulled into the lot and they have multiple sitting there. Then the guy told me they were all waiting for oil changes. After I started making calls to other enterprise locations Noah stepped in and gave me a car instead. I run a business. I get making all of the money you can, but at the expense of your customers happiness? If Noah had not stepped in you would have had a 1 day rental from me until I found a location that had cars not "waiting for oil changes" instead of a multi week rental.
