  Extremely disappointing experience with the manager at the Enterprise Tulsa Airport location. We have a corporate direct billing account with Enterprise and rent vehicles frequently for employees traveling across the U.S. One of our employees was denied a rental because his valid driver’s license was issued in Puerto Rico. The manager told him that because Puerto Rico is “not one of the 50 states,” he needed to provide a passport. In all the years we have rented vehicles through Enterprise for employees traveling from Puerto Rico, I have never encountered this. Puerto Rico is a U.S. territory, Puerto Ricans are U.S. citizens, and treating a valid Puerto Rico-issued license as though it were a foreign license is extremely concerning. Even worse was the way the situation was handled. The manager was rude, dismissive, and disrespectful instead of taking the time to verify the policy or find a solution. Enterprise needs to review this incident and properly train the management and staff at this location regarding Puerto Rico-issued identification and professional customer service. For a company we regularly do business with nationwide, this was unacceptable and by far one of the worst experiences we have had with Enterprise. I also travel a lot and my ID is from PR and I have never experienced this.

  1st time to rent a car. Was worried. The staff was fantastic! I was leaving with the car in a matter of minutes! Returning it was even easier! Wow!

  We rented a ford exposition max size suv. The day I went to get it, they gave me a minivan (Toyota). Didn’t even tell us that we weren’t going to get what we ordered. But still charged us for the full sized suv. The minivan would have been $200 to $300 dollars cheaper. We have been getting the run around trying to make this right. Anthony and Mason lied to us and changed vehicles without telling us and charged us for the vehicle we didn’t get. My wife and I are going to let the companies we work for know to not to use enterprise. You will get robbed.

  Enterprise has great customer service! They kept it simple and were expedient! I had a choice of vehicles! Upon returning the vehicle, Jayco helped me find my keys! He went above and beyond being patient and gracious!
