  Seriously, this whole rental car process can be a drag sometimes. But that agent, Conner, totally changed the game. He was so helpful and made everything super easy. Communicating with him was a breeze, no confusing jargon or anything. And get this, he had me in my rental car in just a few minutes! That's seriously impressive speed. I honestly think he deserves a serious raise for that kind of service. It's rare to find someone that efficient and pleasant to deal with.

  The Enterprise team, especially Megan, treated us with enthusiastic warmth and kindness. She set a wonderful tone for our Tulsa visit and provided us great options for our ground travel.

  Currently stranded in downtown Tulsa because the airport Enterprise rents vehicles they don’t actually have in their inventory, so I ubered to the Tulsa location who did exactly the same thing. Lesson learned: Don’t ever rent a vehicle from Enterprise car rental. They promised they had a vehicle ready I reserved it weeks ago, but they didn’t, and now I am stuck in a town I don’t know, all by myself and won’t be able to go get my fiancé from his later flight at the airport. Booking policies make it impossible to rent AND they stole all of my points that I used for the original rental. This is like the 3rd time they’ve screwed up our rentals. There is no excuse for forcing a female customer into an unsafe situation and that is precisely what they have done.

  A mixed bag. Sat on hold a long time before getting to speak to anyone and then we got cut off mid conversation. Had to call back and the second person to answer refused to pick us up after the first guy agreed to do so. Our car broke down and despite being 2 minutes outside of their pickup radius he suggested we find an Uber to reach them. Once there, everything was more straightforward and they were able to accommodate us at short notice.
