    Friendly, helpful staff, vehicle was clean and ready. Only downside is this location does not have an after hours key drop box.

    I've called this location multiple times within this week at different times in the day and have been unable to reach anyone???? I've tried different options/ extensions... unsure why this location is so unreachable over the phone?

    It was kinda rough the day of pickup. There was no cars in the lot and a lot of folks waiting to pickup a car. As soon as car became available I was paired up with a Wagoneer. I was iffy at first but fell in love with the vehicle. The guys did their best!!! There’s only so much you can do. Buster!!! You are a great person!!! Love your attitude. Also; the guy that came from Stillwater is a nice dude as well. I thought he was from the UK ^_^

    I had to get a rental recently, and the service that I received was OUTSTANDING!! Buster helped make the checkout process seamless. He was extremely hospitable and welcoming, when I picked up the vehicle. I kept the rental for a week, and Tylor was the Staff Member who assisted with my drop-off. She had a cheery attitude, was very friendly, as well as professional & made the process easy. I'd Definitely recommend this Enterprise location (off 101st/Mingo) to family, friends, etc. Regardless how busy this location is, their Customer Service is EXCEPTIONAL!!
