  Reserved a Genesis GV80 SUV a week in advance with Alex the manager. When I got there today Alex was not there and I was so mad I can’t remember the idiots name that there today. He pulled a small Genesis SUV around and when I said “that is not what I wanted” he tried to tell me that this was the same SUV that I had earlier in April. Well I’m old but not stupid. This SUV was much smaller and had a Kansas tag and DIRTY! So I realized it all was all that was available I told him I would not accept a DIRTY car. So! He said he would detail it himself. Well about 5 minutes later he came back. Car was still dirty!!! The top of the car covered in dirt and not even wet. Windshield covered in bugs. I told him that I would just wash it myself. And the fact he lied and tried to tell me it was the same car. I have pics for the mgr when he comes back. I will NEVER use Enterprise again!!

  I had an exceptional experience working with Davis at Enterprise. From start to finish, his customer service was truly top-notch. He was kind, patient, and incredibly considerate throughout the entire process. Davis took the time to thoroughly explain the vehicle I was receiving, making sure I felt comfortable and informed. What stood out to me the most was his willingness to go above and beyond, he even picked me up after I dropped my car off for repairs, which meant so much during a stressful time. It’s rare to encounter that level of care and professionalism. Davis made the entire experience smooth and reassuring. I’m truly grateful and highly recommend him to anyone in need of excellent service.

  Rented car while grandson's car was being repaired. Agent completely explained insurance options and I chose "walk away"coverage. Had to bring in grandson next day to add him as driver. Had to return car on weekend to another Enterprise dealer because site I rented it from not open. That agent helped me select 2 locations for return. Returning the car went smoothly. Overall very pleased with rental experience and quality of the car.

  Alex was my go to person at Enterprise, and we both did a walk around the car before I started driving it. Everyone at Enterprise was courteous and friendly. It was the first time I handled a car rental in my life, so I was cautious, but the staff put me at ease. It was a tremendous experience, and I will call Enterprise if there is another occasion to do so.
