  Definitely enjoy the rental car and was at ease with the entire road trip, planning on the next road trip and already have in mind what vehicle to rent. Thanks Again and In Advance Enterprise.

  I spoke to LIZ and I was having trouble on my end to rent a car she made each step of the way easier I was able to finally get what I need and I wouldn't have been able to do it with out her help THANK YOU.

  I am on day 3 of trying to get a refund from Enterprise. I booked my rental from Tulsa to JAN in MS. I had a flight that left JAN at 3:45pm. I returned my rental at 11AM CST and it was noted that I returned the car at 11PM CST, resulting in another day charged. So now I am out another $150 on top of what I was already charged and have been trying to get refunded now for 3 days! I get getting told that it will be escalated to higher ups to issue a refund and that they would be contacting me soon. I’m not sure how hard it is to issue the refund, especially when my reservation stated I need it from Noon-noon (24 hours). I’ve provided proof of my flight departure time and still nothing. This was my first and last time using Enterprise.

  Thankful for the ease and efficiency of the Enterprise website to set up my rental. Then the picking up and returning the car was super easy with friendly nice employees.
