- CSChase StokesAug 17, 20262.0This location is perpetually understaffed, chaotic, and often doesn’t have a clean vehicle ready even if you book a rental weeks in advance. There were 5-7 groups waiting for their cars this evening after waiting for more than half an hour. I expect long lines at airport locations but not at the neighborhood locations. I’ve given this location several chances and each time the service is further degraded. I’m finding much better service and follow through at Avis locations when booking for a work trip.

- MSMargaret SchulteAug 9, 20261.0I’d give it a zero if I could. I reserved a car in May to pick up in August. I called 2 days before pickup to confirm the vehicle was an 8 seater. When we showed up, 7 seats and no options. I will never rent from enterprise again! Such incompetence!

There was a mix up with the initial reservation (i didnt make the reservation) but they worked through it and got me into a car while my SUV was being repaired after being hit. I cant say enough good about them. Even with as busy as they are, they are troopers!!!!
