The communication between the local office branch and the customer representative phone number given to extend the rental- could communicate better with each other, rather having a lack of communication and misunderstanding by assuming either customer had not spoken to anybody about extending the rental when in fact, I had been calling that number and speaking to a representative every other day is not every day to keep in contact with y’all in return I was treated as if I was trying to not return the enterprise vehicle when I had every intention to do so, and had a agreed with a customer representative each time I extended the rental because of this, I woke up and enterprise employee from the local branch had came to my home to tow the vehicle with my belongings inside if I hadn’t have woken up, I would have not even been able to obtain my belongings from the vehicle before it was taken. The enterprise departments and local branch office employees need better communication between the two when it comes to rental extensions for customers, especially when the rental is due to an insurance claim where they would be paid.

My sister, her 3 kids and I were stranded due to her transmission going out. We came from Texas and transmission went out in Tulsa, Oklahoma. We got to Enterprise and Bianca assisted us and was amazing! She knew what we had been through, she cared and got us set up. She was outstanding, went above and beyond to help us! Thank you Bianca and Enterprise!
