Enterprise rent a car provided seamless service. I was in and out in about ten minutes for pick up and return. The car provided was top quality and in great shape. Enterprise made it easy.

This location is amazing very kind staff and fast! They're head of the game here they'll get you taken care of quickly. Avoid the enterprise on harvard and head over to this location for a better day!

Davis Drew was so nice. He took such good care of us. I am really satisfied, and felt that he went above and beyond to help me feel like a valued customer. He made me feel like Enterprise really cared about me. Then when I returned the car Bo and Dimitri were really nice too. I am really, really satisfied with Enterprise, and especially this location was full of really nice, good-natured people. Whoever is running this place is doing something right with who they're hiring. Next time I'm looking for a rental car, I'll be starting with Enterprise, and more specifically, this location!
Finding a rental car was extremely difficult for us. Almost nowhere had vehicles available, and the few options we did find were very expensive. When we first landed, we tried to rent a car right at the airport, but that didn’t work out. After that, we visited several other locations from different companies, still without success.
What truly made the difference was a person named Davis at one of the Enterprise locations in Tulsa. He is the reason we ultimately chose Enterprise and rented our car from this company, because he genuinely did everything he could to help us.
We had first called the company’s hotline, and we were told that cars were available and that we could come to the location. However, when we arrived, the staff told us there were no cars left — only a few were available and the waiting line was huge. We were disappointed and were about to leave. But Davis stepped in and said he would try to help us, and that someone would call us back at 4 o’clock.
At 4 o’clock we did get a call telling us we could come in, so we returned. The car still wasn’t ready, but Davis apologized and kindly asked us to wait a little while, promising he would do everything possible to help us. In the end, we received our car along with all the instructions we needed — he explained everything clearly and made the whole process easy.
The car itself was in excellent condition: clean and new. I especially want to highlight the wonderful work Davis did. It was entirely thanks to him that we had such a great experience with Enterprise and that our trip to Tulsa was so comfortable. Thank you so much, Davis!
