  Used Enterprise at 4817 S Memorial in Tulsa. I can’t say enough about the great service I received from Davis and his team. We had a smooth, easy experience and I felt appreciated. The exact vehicle we originally booked was not available, but Davis went out of his way to make sure we had an excellent vehicle for our trip. I recommend them highly!

  THIS IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE AT A ENTERPRISE BO CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS HE IS LAZY AND NO HELP AT ALL CARES NOTHING ABOUT THE CUSTOMER ALONG WITH ROSALIE BOYD THEY NEED TO RETAINED ON HOW TO TREAT AND TALK TO A CUSTOMER AND HELP THEM WHEN THEY ASK FOR HELP WORST EXPERIENCE EVER ZERO IS MY RATE

  This was not a great experience. It was not all bad, but it was not pleasant. What happened is that an old lady ran into my brand new Toyota, tried to leave the scene, and then didnt have insurance on her, and got mad at me (really mad) for not being happy that she ran into me. I had to call the cops to get her insurance. And so her insurance company got me a rental while my car was in the shop. The good part was that the car rental people did come get me, and the customer service lady was professional and great. But the problem was the car. They only had 1 car. A black and somewhat dirty Nissan which smelled like old gym shoes for some reason. Like 2 bikers had relations in it and fell asleep in the sun. It was quite bad. And a black car in the Oklahoma August was not my ideal car rental experience. They had nothing else and would only rent me the small black car because my Toyota was small. The manager said, "you can swap it out Sunday" but I was like, 'dude my car will be done before then.' The problem is why did this car remain on the lot. Why didnt they fumigate this beast? I have rented a lot of cars, all over the world. This car smelled worse than the car I rented in the Philippines. Why? If it were my car rental company, I would bathe that turd in fabreeze or find out who died in the trunk. A rental car should be clean, and not smell like feet. Period. Its like a hamburger at a drive through should NOT have hair in it. Some things just are expected. And so, no, this experience was not a good one. I cannot imagine that their competitors, like Avis, would keep a smelly car like this in their rental fleet. I wonder if I got the turd mobile because insurance was paying the bill? Like, did they give me their runner car, their B list turd because of the insurance payor? I hope not, but I have not seen this with a rental before, not anywhere in the US. And I have been to some sketchy places. What happened Enterprise? What did I do to earn your toilet car?
