  My Kia Soul needed a new transmission. This place was GREAT!! I was so impressed with the communication from them. Any questions I had were answered immediately and my car was done a day early! I highly recommend them!

  Brought my car here to have a transmission and entire brand new clutch kit installed from a reputable oem brand. I get the car back they say they test drove it, I cant even get it into gear without forcing it in. Reverse was almost impossible. Grinds into gears. Took it to another shop to inspect, they take it apart and show me the brand new pressure plate is damaged as well as the clutch disc. I present these pictures to Discount and ask for a clutch labor refund, they say its manufacturer error and wont issue a refund. Why are you installing clearly "defective" parts? They werent defective, I inspected them beforehand. Had to call this place multiple times because they never contact me on the deadlines they give. I dont trust this place at all because they lied about doing a test drive as well as the issue/parts being defective.

  My car had a pretty substantial coolant leak. They fixed it quickly and didnt overcharge for the repair. I would highly recommend.

  Discount Transmission & Auto Repair is the real deal! I took my car in recently for some issues, and from the moment I walked in, the service was outstanding. They were completely honest—no pushing extra repairs or trying to upsell me on things I didn’t need. They explained exactly what was going on, showed me the problem, and only did what was necessary. The work was done super fast—way quicker than I expected—and the price was more than fair. Honestly, it felt refreshing to deal with a shop that doesn’t try to take advantage of you. Quality repairs at a great value. The owner is seriously one of the coolest guys around—laid-back, friendly, knowledgeable, and actually seems to enjoy helping people. He took time to answer my questions, gave me some solid maintenance tips, and made the whole experience stress-free. In Tulsa, it’s hard to find a trustworthy auto shop these days, but these guys are it. I’ll be coming back for anything my car needs. Highly recommend—5 stars all the way!
