- CCChristineJun 25, 20265.0My Kia Soul needed a new transmission. This place was GREAT!! I was so impressed with the communication from them. Any questions I had were answered immediately and my car was done a day early! I highly recommend them!
- RRRyanJun 4, 20261.0Brought my car here to have a transmission and entire brand new clutch kit installed from a reputable oem brand. I get the car back they say they test drove it, I cant even get it into gear without forcing it in. Reverse was almost impossible. Grinds into gears. Took it to another shop to inspect, they take it apart and show me the brand new pressure plate is damaged as well as the clutch disc. I present these pictures to Discount and ask for a clutch labor refund, they say its manufacturer error and wont issue a refund. Why are you installing clearly "defective" parts? They werent defective, I inspected them beforehand. Had to call this place multiple times because they never contact me on the deadlines they give. I dont trust this place at all because they lied about doing a test drive as well as the issue/parts being defective.
