  Do not under any circumstances buy a camper from these people I bought a brand new 2026 camper from them and the first day the bedroom door fell off, after the first time of use the cook stove and the hot water heater quit working and every time I try to call them to get something resolved with them I either get put on hold for 20 or 30 minutes until I hang up or transfered to a voicemail and nobody ever calls back. If that's not bad enough then on July 3rd I was setting my camper up for the weekend and the whole slide out fell off the track. I went up to my friend's campsite to talk to him about the situation and to get his advice on what we should do to at least get it so I could use the camper for the weekend about 30 minutes later I get a call from the park owner saying that my camper is on fire. It will be a total loss and still to this day camper world will not stand behind anything or do the right thing they just tell me to call my insurance on a camper that is less than 2 months old and has had nothing but problems. Absolutely under no circumstances do not buy a camper from these people! LAWSUIT PENDING!!! UPDATE: THEY CONTINUE TO TRY TO SAVE FAITH ON HERE RESPONDING TO MY GOOGLE REVIEW BUT YET WHEN I CALL THEY WANT NOTHING TO DO WITH IT AND OFFER NO SOLUTION WHATSOEVER! If they cared anything about making this right they have my phone number they would have reached out to me after my multiple phone calls to them to try and resolve these issues even before the camper caught on fire!

  If I could leave a negative star review, I would! We went to Camping World wanting to look at a specific 5th wheel. We found out it was at their Poteau location. They told us not to worry, it’s their sister office and they could get it to Tulsa for us to take a look at. They wanted to make a deal right then and there. We told them we would rather see the camper first. They asked us to put down a $1000 non refundable deposit, which we declined. We advised them that we would just go to Poteau to take a look at it as that felt very off putting. After we left we started receiving phone calls and texts that they would not require the deposit if we would come back. Again, we declined as we already planned to make the trip to look at the camper and it just felt shady! Fast forward to we have purchased the camper from the Poteau office. Poteau offered to deliver it to the Tulsa Branch for us, Great! Not so great, the Tulsa branch will not allow it on the lot since we did not purchase it from their location!!!! So they would allow it on the lot if we put down a deposit but not now that we have purchased it from their "sister office"? We spent 95K on this! Thank goodness the Poteau office is so easy to work with and was able to meet us at a different location and their delivery driver was top notch! Camping World Tulsa should set their egos aside and Learn a thing about customer service from their Poteau office!!!

  Go elsewhere. We had a terrible experience buying a consignment winnebago. Great camper dont get me wrong. Service was bad especially after you leave the lot. Was told we had complimentary roadside service for a year. Blew 3 tires on a short trip less than 200 miles. Had to figure it out ourselves because it was on a Sunday and they were not open nor did they activate our roadside service. How the tires passed their inspection is beyond me? We're still waiting on parts that were missing/broken that they said we're on order.

  I went to the store to look at an RV that I had already picked out. I ended up talking to the to the front desk. They did not have any salesman currently available so I gave them my name. After waiting an hour and a half for a Salesman and touring the facility on my own. I advise the front desk that I was leaving and then one of the salesmen decided to make smart alec comments after Ozempic Grimace (mcdonalds refernce) had already passed us by five times including with a big plate of food. I attempted purchasing online and was asked to come back to the store. When I returned the person that they paired me up with from their manager, he would not explain some of the packages that they had automatically just included into the fees that they currently register. Then they added on extra equipment that was not needed for the trailer that I was looking at. I looked over it and declined the different packages because they would not explain further what they included even after asking for a detailed list. After finally agreeing on a price I was told that I would have to return in several days. This was due to them wasting my time to the approximation of a prop 5 hours and now they're Bank lending was closed. And no time I was I asked if this was a cash sale or not. Which I had the money to pay for it in full along with accessories that I had saved over the last several years. As I left I called my personal bank where I was given immediate Bank loan to validate his story. After giving it much thought that night I declined getting the trailer for them even though it was exactly what I was looking forward to to their customer service and Shady items that they included into the service but would not explain what those packages included for a list of the items that that package included. I ended up going to Camper land of Oklahoma (plug: ask for Steve in Sales, straight shooter with alot of knowledge) where it is family owned and their service was impeccable. They helped me achieve the outcome that I was wanting and I bought from them immediately. Thank the lord I didn't have to deal with that purple shirt bullfrog. His manager wasnt much better.

  Oh, let me tell you about camping world of tulsa. We were told that we could get approved and asked to drive over an hour to come.Look at a camper. We were then told there was no way it could be financed that day so we would have to wait until monday as it was a saturday afternoon. From the beginning, we were told it could be done with zero down. Monday came and went and by the afternoon when there was still no response. And I could not get a call back. We drove back again an hour only to find out when we got there. That they could not do it that day and scheduled us to return the next day to sign papers at one o'clock. I was told that they would have to do it in my father's name only, and he had already agreed to meet us there and sign the paperwork.As his income and credit were both substantial better than mine. My parents then drove two hours to meet me there and I had to get a hotel in tulsa for the night. After sitting and waiting for them to try to get approval, which we understood they already had, for over two hours, we were then informed that we would be required to put twenty three hundred dollars down. This was not possible. They said they would rerun it with creditors at zero down, which is what they were supposed to have done in the first place. After another hour or two had passed, they asked if they could rerun it in my mother's name.Because even though her income was slightly lower than my father's, her credit score was better. We were then told that the bank system had gone down and it was nearing five o'clock, so nothing would happen that day either. My parents had to drive two hours back home and I again had to get a hotel room for the night. I was told that I would be notified in the morning when to come in to pick up the camper. My parents were notified that they could travel to a closer location to their home to sign paperwork. At two o'clock in the afternoon, the next day after multiple attempts to call and ask if everything was done.I finally just traveled back to the dealership. Mind you I was also told that I had to have a larger hitch, a larger ball, and a trailer brake towing system on my vehicle. So I spent approximately two hundred dollars and several hours of my time in a hotel parking lot, and at a parts store, installing trailer breaks and replacing my hitch and ball. At this point with parts and travel and hotels, I have spent five hundred dollars. Only to walk in the door today and be told that they cannot get the deal done unless I give them twenty three hundred dollars down. I don't have it. My family doesn't have it. So i'm out three days of work.Two hotel stays several hours of labor and over a hundred and fifty dollars in hotel plus for 2 nights in a row, i've had to cancel my r.V park reservation, and I have still yet to receive any refunds for that. Additionally, one of the hotels charged me a fifty dollar.Incidental fee that I will not get back for five to seven days. My advice, if you're going to buy something from these people, have money in hand or don't waste your time. Additionally, during all of this running around and wasting of my time, I now have an issue with my vehicle. Now I have to go get that fixed. Extremely agitated and disappointed.
