  It was a mixed bag really. First off all the people were very nice and dealt with my angry face real well. Second my angry face was because the trailer was not prepped and I had wait over an hour for them to partially complete it. We had driven 8 hours from East Texas to get there and I had placed a deposit with them the night before so no excuse it should have been done. So not real happy with the service department but they came through in the end. Happy with the people especially with Ciara Asher. But overall it was a good deal and I would purchase another from them if they had what I wanted for the price I was willing to pay. More like a 4.5 starts but not a 5.

  Tulsa location is the Camping World King! I've purchased from 4 locations in 8 years, Tulsa hands down was the best experience. I drove from Denver (mind you there are 4 local locations with in an hr from me) and Tulsa whooped them all on price, communication and care right down to the tech hooking me up to pull home. This industry is problematic to say the least. The folks in Tulsa want to be there, they want to take care of you and they are no BS....it's obvious from step one. I drove 10 hrs each way and it was worth it. Thanks again Team Tulsa 🍻

  We had a mishap with our trailer and decided while we were in Tulsa we would go look and see what we might want in a new camper trailer. We sat down with Mathew “Matt” and told him what we wanted to see and that we were just looking. He was fine with that. Problem is that he showed us the perfect camping trailer and we wanted it. So he helped us get our old camping trailer hauled back to Missouri and got us the deal I wanted. I couldn’t ask for a better salesperson or experience. Say what you want about camping world, but I would buy here again. Especially if Matt was my salesman.

  This was the worst possible experience I could ever dream of. I had three different sales people in less than a week. All three sales people had different prices for the same exact camper. The last salesman, Matt Lewis gave me an Out the door price over the phone And when I showed up to purchase the camper, they told me that they couldn’t do the deal because they weren’t making enough money on it. Save your time and your money and go elsewhere.

  Extremely disappointed with the service department at Camping World of Tulsa. We left our camper with them for 3 months to fix a shower leak, among other repairs. Picked it up Thursday, leaking again on Saturday and it still leaks from the shower (2 days). That's two failed 'fixes.' They have had my camper longer than I have this year. Terrible communication and absolutely no quality control. A 3-month wait for incompetent repairs is unacceptable. So disgusted I ever brought it here.
