  I went in to this store on June 29 2026 bought a sensor for my car that has a lifetime warranty i have my receipt and the part i told them i got the wrong sensor and needed to exchange it for the right one I talked to the girl who sold it to me then another girl who told me that was humbling what ever that suppose to mean then the worst one of them all came out and told me it wasn't there part over and over again and then told me the part was used I told him I have a warranty on it and he told me I need to leave the store Dewayne was his name he out of every one that works there he was the worst one the only thing he got right in this was that it was his part because it was mine I bought it never going there again

  We called to inquire about the availability of a car part. My husband asked if someone who speaks Spanish could assist us, and although there may not have been a Spanish-speaking employee available, we continued trying to communicate in English. When I stepped in to help clarify the part we needed, the interaction became unprofessional. The employee told me, “I’m going to let you think about it because you don’t know what you’re talking about,” and placed me on hold. We then went to the store to get the part in person. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was informed she was the manager. The situation became more confrontational rather than helpful. She stated she was busy and that customers need to know exactly what they want, and made comments about not having time to look for a Spanish-speaking employee, then walked away during the conversation. Additionally, while we were still there, she was heard speaking to another employee about “crazy calls” and referring to us as “crazy customers,” which felt very disrespectful and unprofessional we get it can be stressful but she seemed hostile and irritated since the beginning.

  I shop here every single day, when I come in and say a 2017 Mercedes e400 DOES NOT HAVE AN ADJUSTABLE BRACKET IN THE BATTERY COMPARTMENT TO INSTALL BIGGER BATTERIES. SOME MODELS DO BUT NOT A 2017 E400. SO WHEN I TRY TO FACT CHECK SOMEONE ABOUT IN THE COMMERCIAL DEPARTMENT AND THERE RESPONSE IS "OH IT IS BUT IM NOT GONNA ARGUE" HOMEBOY DO YOUR RESEARCH. YOU KNOW EXACTLY WHO IM TALKING TO IN COMMERCIAL. No this isn't a negative response but how you word things to customers matter. Not gonna argue though lol

  S/O to Ms. FeFe she was the best! She over heard me having a problem and she came to the rescue! She help me finding the parts I needed and told me about a deal that I did not know anything about! And saved me over 100$!! Thank you FeFe I appreciate it!
