    They don't have a phone number that works. Tried from 3 different phones. Keeps saying invalid number. That sucks when you are stuck on the tarmac and can't call at 12:30am to make sure they will stay open until the 1am time they are supposed to. Updated: The people who work here informed me that they do no have a phone number (dispite being listed on everything I received from them). BUT... the people actually working on the ground were great! They made a difficult situation better!

    Don't rent from Alamo! I made a reservation for a pickup in Tulsa and Alamo sends me a text the day of stating they were going to cancel my reservation. So when my plane lands at the airport I went to talk to a agent and they are saying Alamo cancelled my reservation because there is a basketball tournament in town. So if I understand correctly the basketball tournament is more important than my reservation, seems like discrimination to me. Now I flew all the way from North Carolina to Tulsa and I'm stuck at the airport with no transportation and no help from Alamo customer service! Terrible service

    I had never used Alamo before and to be honest I hadn't planned to. It wasn't until I received a voicemail the day before pick up from the Hertz rental site, that I had booked the original rental through, informing me they did not have any vehicles on site. But, it worked out for the best! We had a wonderful experience from beginning to end with our rental. When we picked up at Tulsa international we were helped by Bri. She was so pleasant, friendly, and had a great attitude. The car we booked wasn't available. She offered a Kona, but my boyfriend is 6ft and a bigger guy. So, I asked her if there was anything else since the Kona was going to be too small for him to fit comfortably in. She didn't have anything else right there with her. So, she kindly offered and went to another of their associated booths to see if they had anything else. She came back with a couple options including the Trail Blazer we ended up with. (Thank goodness! So much more space upfront.) Bri was knowledgeable and able to answer any and all questions we had. She was an absolutely pleasure to work with. Upon returning the vehicle - we had a quick and pleasant experience as well. We worked with Conner this time. Again, he was very pleasant, friendly, and had a great attitude. Conner also was very knowledgeable and able to answer any and all questions. I appreciated that he specifically asked if there was anything they could have done better. We even received a small credit for our original vehicle not being available. Overall, we had a great experience the staff was wonderful. The rental was clean, in great condition, and well kept. We had it for 4 days and couldn't have asked for a better experience. I did also appreciate the text reminder about the return date and time. We will DEFINITELY we using them again in the future!

    Everything went so smooth and was so easy. I got a very nice and clean vehicle as well. I used a third party to book, and was accidentally charged $100 for some protection cost. When I was returning the vehicle I was informed it should have been $1. That hasn’t been taken care of yet because it’s the weekend but once that gets corrected i will have nothing to say but good things about my experience. Overall a great thing I should have questioned more about the charge it was just my first time and I had no idea what it was going to be like.

    The staff was completely professional and very polite. They explained everything in full detail and answered any questions that I had. Would definitely use them again when I visit tulsa.
