  Absolutely horrible experience here today. Had to call the service line 3 times before they directed me to speak to a manager. When I found the manager on site he was rude and condescending. He even went as far as to directly lie to my face, and when I pointed out that the customer service line had said differently, he admitted to the lie, and then said he doesn’t make changes for anyone even though it was their fault for not having my booking correctly priced. Wasn’t able to resolve the issue at all and Alamo would rather leave me stranded in an airport parking lot than help fix their mistakes. Ended up canceling my booking, and rebooking at a higher rate from another company. Couldn’t be more upset and disappointed in Alamo. I will caution anyone who I hear is going to rent from them against it due to this experience.

  Upon returning my vehicle to Alamo, I checked my credit card statement, I was charged an Extra $119. I was charged an additional $64 to fuel the car and $46 because I returned the car two hours late. I filled the car up with gas 2 miles from the airport and if I would return the car two hours late I would’ve missed my flight. Thankfully, I checked my credit card statement. If you rent from this company, Check your accounts to make sure they didn’t add on extra charges Alamo did end up refunding my money, after making numerous phone calls
