Rai from 918 Wrecker arrived at the Walmart parking lot where my truck was broken down just a short time after I called for help. He loaded me fast and got it back to my house in no time. He was knowledgeable about my trouble and made some good suggestions. I appreciate a great business and I won’t hesitate to call them again when I need them. Great local business! Keep it local anytime you can!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’m pretty sure Rai from 918 Wrecker Service is secretly a superhero, because this guy showed up FAST, hooked up my car like he’d been doing it since birth, and got it where it needed to go safely and without any nonsense. I was expecting the usual tow truck experience… sitting around forever wondering if the tow truck was ever actually coming. Nope. Rai showed up QUICK, handled everything professionally, and had my car loaded up and on its way before I could even finish complaining about my bad luck. 😂 The truck was handled carefully, Rai was friendly and professional, and the whole experience was ridiculously smooth. If towing cars were an Olympic sport, I’m pretty sure Rai would be bringing home the gold medal for 918 Wrecker Service. 🥇🚨 10/10. 5 stars. Would absolutely call him again if my car decides to betray me in the future. If you need a tow, call Rai at 918 Wrecker Service. You won’t regret it! 🚨🔥

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 STARS IS NOT ENOUGH. SOMEONE NEEDS TO INVENT MORE STARS. I called 918 Wrecker Service when I was in a situation that was already stressful enough to make a grown man question every decision he’s ever made. Then Rai showed up. And let me tell you something: Rai did not arrive to tow my truck. Rai arrived to SAVE THE DAY. This man handled my truck like it was the last surviving vehicle on Earth. He made absolutely sure everything was secured properly, treated my truck with incredible care, and delivered it safe, sound, and exactly where it needed to go. But the thing that really blew me away was Rai himself. Professional? Absolutely. Helpful? Beyond words. Friendly? Like we had known each other for 20 years. Dedicated? This man probably considers “going above and beyond” to be the bare minimum. At one point I’m pretty sure his tow truck became so environmentally friendly that three trees spontaneously grew nearby just out of gratitude. 🌳 I’ve also heard rumors that Rai’s tow truck has personally: 🌎 Reduced the planet’s carbon footprint 🌲 Saved an entire forest from being turned into parking spaces 🐢 Helped a turtle safely cross the road 🐻 Negotiated peace between two rival woodland creatures ♻️ Recycled a traffic cone that had been sitting on the side of the highway since 1997 ☀️ Powered itself partially through the sheer positive energy of Rai’s personality 🚨 Rescued vehicles, motorists, and possibly civilization itself I cannot independently confirm all of these things. But honestly, after meeting Rai, I wouldn’t be surprised. 😂 In all seriousness, Rai was absolutely incredible. When you’re having a bad day and your vehicle is stranded, the last thing you need is someone who makes the situation worse. Rai did the exact opposite. He showed up, took care of everything, treated me with respect, and made sure my truck got where it needed to go. This wasn’t just a tow. This was a five-star rescue operation from 918 Wrecker Service. If you ever find yourself stranded and wondering who you can trust with your vehicle, ASK FOR RAI AT 918 WRECKER SERVICE. Your truck will be safe. Your stress level will drop. Mother Nature will probably send you a thank-you card. And there’s a very good chance Rai will somehow save a baby animal before he gets home. 10/10. 100/100. Would absolutely recommend. 🏆 RAI: Tow Truck Driver. Professional. Hero. Environmental Legend. Absolute Champion. 🚛🌎⭐

DO NOT USE 918 WRECKER SERVICE! They will damage your vehicle!!!! I would strongly recommend considering another towing company before using 918 Wrecker Service. Tonight, my daughter’s vehicle was towed from a parking lot after it had reportedly been there for only about an hour. We were charged $321 to retrieve the vehicle less than an hour after it was towed. Our biggest concern, however, is the condition of the vehicle following the tow. My daughter’s vehicle is an electric/hybrid vehicle that, according to its proper towing requirements, should not be dragged in the manner we were told it was. The wrecker driver acknowledged using the truck shown in our photos to move the vehicle rather than loading it onto a flatbed. After retrieving the vehicle, we discovered what appears to be significant damage to the rear end/braking system, including brake calipers that now appear to be seized from friction. We raised these concerns immediately, but the employees we spoke with refused to accept responsibility for the damage or provide any meaningful assistance regarding how the situation could be addressed. We spoke with approximately five employees and repeatedly asked to speak with someone who had the authority to address the situation. We were essentially told that no one present was in charge and that the employees were simply doing what they were told. The communication and lack of concern were extremely disappointing. We also contacted local law enforcement in an attempt to have the vehicle and circumstances documented, but neither Tulsa Police nor the Sheriff’s Department would come to the location to perform a damage assessment or make the type of report we were requesting. As a local business owner myself, I understand that disputes and difficult situations happen. What matters is how a business responds when a customer raises a legitimate concern. At minimum, I would have expected professionalism, communication, documentation of our complaint, and a willingness to investigate whether the vehicle was damaged during the tow. Instead, we paid $321 to recover the vehicle and are now facing the possibility of substantial repair costs for damage that we believe occurred during the towing process. We are extremely disappointed and frustrated by how this situation was handled. Based on our experience tonight, I cannot recommend 918 Wrecker Service and would strongly encourage anyone using a towing company in the Tulsa area to carefully consider their alternatives
