  As an owner of Murray Wildlife Solutions, LLC ... we pride ourselves on quality of service, customer service and communication. With that being stated, this company and Joe, provided prompt & outstanding service, which was very refreshing to experience in today's socioeconomic society. They took care with our truck as if it was their own. I will use this company again if needed. Thank you.

  Awful, Awful. They sold me, A MINOR, a rebuilt titled car without informing me or my mother who bought it and then exactly a week later the motor BLEW. They refused to help at all and after my mother contacted the better business bureau we had a man contact the owner who again refused to swap the car or give a refund, after pushing and pushing they finally agreed to fix the motor, MIND YOU THIS IS MONTHS AFTER IT HAD BLOWN, and took two weeks to get it into the shop. After countless phone calls to their receptionist and constantly being told they will call us when it’s ready with no information at all they called and said “the car is parked in the front with the keys in the ignition, you may want to come fast” implying it would be stolen if not. They were all so very rude this whole process and dragged it out for three whole months after which is laughable. To top it all off they refuse to give us an amount on the mileage, so now I can’t resell it or even keep track of it myself. Disgraceful people and awful values. Scammed a CHILD for $4000 on a rebuilt title!!! It’s ridiculous.

  You have some of the coolest-looking trucks in the industry, from the smallest units to the largest, and your service is usually very efficient and on time. I just wanted to point out one small concern I noticed this morning near Bixby at 101st and Mingo. One of your drivers passed by, moved into the left lane, and turned on his emergency lights as if traffic needed to clear the way for him. Are your tow truck drivers considered first responders? I’m genuinely asking, because while I understand he was likely on his way to help move a vehicle off the roadway, driving that aggressively could potentially cause another accident, which kind of defeats the purpose. A few minutes earlier or later probably would not have made much difference since he was simply responding to pick up a vehicle. By the time I reached my destination, I passed the accident scene he was headed to. It appeared to be only a minor fender bender, thankfully with no serious injuries or major emergency. That’s where my concern comes from. It didn’t seem necessary to rush through intersections or use emergency lights to push through traffic just to arrive a little faster.

  We were broke down & waiting on another wrecker service that we had already called, & they were supposed to arrive within an hour. Rai, from 918 Wrecker, sees us & pulls up, & says he’s going to sit with us with his lights on & block traffic, for our safety, until the other company arrives. What a guy with a big heart!! So an hour passes by, & the other tow truck hasn’t shown up yet! The repair shop was closing at 7 PM, & it was 6:30 PM at this point. So we told the other company to forget, & just used Rai!! Such an amazing experience, & I will definitely use 918 Wrecker again!! Thanks again, Rai, for your compassionate spirit!!

  Idk about anyone else’s experience but I would like to say I am absolutely so thankful for 918 Wrecker, When all the other wrecker services in Tulsa wouldn’t come help, they did not even hesitate, The man who helped me with my Jeep today , I believe his name was Rick not to sure sorry bad with names but he was so nice and just really helped me and talked me through a stressful situation, he even listened to me rant and rave over my car and the lot I bought it from, He went above and beyond to help me. I wanted to give him Kudos for the everything he did today.
