  My experience with 918 Wrecker was excellent when it comes to towing service. The driver Joe kept in communication with me on his ETA, he was friendly and prompt, and genuinely sympathetic towards my situation. I would recommend this business because of the employee's they helpfulness.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Joe with 918 Wrecker Service was an absolute lifesaver! My car became stranded in the middle of an intersection after I unexpectedly drove into a flash-flooded area. The flooding happened so quickly, and it was completely out of my control. Joe arrived quickly, got me and my car out of a dangerous situation safely, and immediately put me at ease. Not only did he tow my car to a nearby auto shop, but he also took the time to recommend a trustworthy shop and gave me honest advice about where to take it. He went far beyond just towing my vehicle—he genuinely cared about helping me through a stressful situation and made a bad day much easier. If you ever need a tow, roadside assistance, or someone you can trust, ask for Joe. He’s professional, knowledgeable, kind, and truly goes above and beyond for his customers.   I had scheduled a tow truck from a different company, they kept giving me the run around and changing the time on me. I had an appointment to get my car in the shop at a certain time. I canceled the other company and scheduled with 918, I got a message saying it would be 45 mins to an hour for 918 to show up which was fine, but I had already been waiting 2 hours for the other company that never showed up. I called 918, and spoke with Paul and told him in brief what was going on and he told me he would check to see if someone was close and let me know. So I figure it would be at least 30 minutes so I was going to leave and go to the store. Then I got a test say the driver will be there in 4 minutes. The driver James Kramer should up had the car load up and dropped off at the mechanic shop on less than 30 mins. I really appreciate they what Paul dispatched a truck to me as quickly as he did. Definitely will use 918 again if I need a tow.

  Great all around service had a flat and needed a tow a few weeks ago during late night hours. My roadside company wanted to charge me extra when I was as fully covered for the tow which left the dispatcher and myself wondering why. We both contacted them to try and find out why. I was able to get thru(she was really trying to my surprise!!). Anywho I was able to get them on the line and got her on three way. Then the provider said I was responsible for full amount of the tow and they would send out another company. They call me back and say they were unable to find anyone and I would have to wait until the next day for service. I hang up from them and call the 918 dispatcher and request a tow. I payed her the fee out of pocket and she send a tow immediately. Nathan arrived a short time later. Carefully loads my M6 on the truck and shuttles me and the to the tire shop and ends the nightmare scenario I was in.Filed a reimbursement claim the following morning and was fully reimbursed. Definitely using them for any future rescues. Shouts to the Dispatcher lady and Nathan 🙌
