  Buying a new truck is a breeze at Stuteville Ford in Tahlequah! We have bought two trucks here in the last year, one for my husband and one for myself. Ronny has been our salesman both times and both times he made the process incredibly easy and incredibly fast. He got us exactly what we wanted without the hassle and haggling you typically go through when purchasing a new vehicle. Any time we need something like maintenance or accessories we give Ronny a call and he gets done. By far the best experience we have had when purchasing a new truck.

  The one nice thing I can say about this place is the person in service (Billy). He was always extremely nice and tried to give as much information as he could when he had it. I appreciate his character. Here is where I highly recommend not using their service if at all possible. My dad's truck has been there for a month. It broke down and had to be towed there. He needed a complete contamination kit after some water got into his diesel fuel and caused rust. After 2 weeks, which is standard, insurance approved the estimate, and they were given the green go on it. Ford said it would take a few days. Sadly, it took over 2 weeks due to the shop being backlogged on working on other trucks. We gave more patience than they deserve. Only on July 21st, the truck ready, and my dad went to pick it up. Before he did, the workers informed him that his truck starts up nicely and runs great but......"a new problem" had come up. He may have a weak brake booster. A problem that didn't exist before. Dad observed the workers going back and forth and then told him a ridiculous price to fix it and couldn't guarantee it would fix it (a major red flag). Dad said no, paid the remaining balance, and left. After a few miles, the truck's brake pedal went hard, and it broke down again. So now we are dealing with that. The problem didn't exist before or after the workers put it together; only then did it exist. They may or may not have caused the fault, but the problem DID happen under their care. We will be seeking a second opinion at another repair shop to verify that the new problem is connected directly to the recent repair work.
