  Their machines ripped off my bumper and they refuse to compensate for it!! Looks like I'm going to have to go to headquarters and maybe two small claims court to get the money to fix it! Absolutely awful!!!! And look at some of the other reviews on here that had damage to their vehicles also and this company refuses to fix it.. not a company of integrity whatsoever. Maybe we should file a class action lawsuit! Unbelievable that their response back on here to others is we stand by their decision yet it's happening over and over and they refuse to do anything about it..

  I had such a great experience here - Chrissy (sp?) went out of her way to help me with my floor mats, even in the 100 degree weather. I can tell she leads with care and passion, and it was so appreciated! Thank you!

  I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel others should be aware of my experience. While going through Tommy’s Car Wash, the equipment was aggressive enough that the driver-side mirror glass was blown out of my brand-new vehicle. After we pulled around to retrieve it, an employee took us into the tunnel, apologized, and told us they had experienced issues with the equipment that week. We were assured an insurance claim would be filed to take care of the damage. Unfortunately, that was the last time the process was straightforward. The manager, Crissie, initially suggested purchasing a $20 replacement mirror from Amazon. That was not an acceptable solution for a brand-new vehicle. The correct OEM mirror glass had to be ordered through the dealership at a cost of approximately $280. Since then, communication has been slow, and there has been very little effort to resolve the situation in a timely manner. The only consistent response has been that payment would be made directly to the dealership rather than reimbursing us, leaving the matter unresolved far longer than it should have been. Accidents can happen, and I understand that. What matters is how a business responds when they do. In this case, the lack of urgency, communication, and customer service has been far more disappointing than the damage itself. I hope no one else has to go through a similar experience. If you value responsive customer service and accountability when something goes wrong, I would encourage you to consider that before choosing this car wash. Update- My wife almost wrecked a few times because this issue of no side mirror so urgency was the top priority not waiting to see if you will pay or not. This company will do just about anything but pay. Not issuing payment to an individual is the most BS thing ever even with a provided invoice from the dealership. if you want to talk send me your number or email and we will get this squared away ASAP!
