  1 star Absolutely awful customer service and zero accountability. I had a confirmed reservation at the Stillwater location, only to find out they did not have a vehicle for me. Instead of actually resolving the problem, I was passed from person to person with essentially an “I don’t know, not my problem” attitude. We were then told a plan was in place to get a car to the Stillwater location from an Edmond location. That never happened and we were never contacted. After multiple phone calls, Enterprise arranged to move my reservation to the Enid location and I was led to believe that was the solution. It wasn’t. Enid then refused to honor the transferred reservation, leaving me without a rental at all. I spent an unbelievable amount of time calling Stillwater, Enid, and Enterprise customer service trying to get someone to take responsibility and actually fix the problem. I was also told that a regional manager would contact me. That call never came. Having a reservation apparently means very little if Enterprise can simply not have a vehicle, send you to another location that also refuses to honor the reservation, and then have everyone pass responsibility to someone else. The lack of a vehicle was frustrating. The complete lack of ownership, communication, follow-through, and customer service was far worse. I would not trust this location with travel plans EVER again.

  We scheduled a rental car on Monday for Friday at 8:00 a.m. However, on Friday, they suddenly called us and told us that they did not have a car available. They said they would have a car available at 11:00 a.m. or 12:00 p.m. that day. We waited, but they never called us back. We called them ourselves, and they again told us to wait until 12:00 p.m. We waited again, but they never contacted us. We eventually went to the rental location in person, only to be told that they did not have a car available for today or tomorrow. As a result, we had to travel to Tulsa to try to find another rental car. What is most frustrating is that they could have simply told us yesterday that they would not have a car available. Instead, they continued giving us excuses and asking us to wait, which wasted our time and caused us unnecessary stress and inconvenience.

  Like most places , I’ve had both good & bad experiences with with this place . Today sure as sh** is NOT one of them. I reserve a car the day before. I uber to enterprise to pick up the vehicle the next day, only to find several folks waiting for vehicles that the guy says they don’t have and I can try back in an hour…( I have a job that I will now be late for) as I get another uber back so I can work. I have the app that gives updates and constantly sends messages about upgrading or about picking up the reservation that is clearly not available, but not once did it say…Sorry we have NO VEHICLES ready or anything. So you’re a rental car company …that has no vehicles to rent? But keep making reservations for ghost cars? That’s not only bad business, it’s stupid. Maybe put a hold on reserving vehicles or send out notifications that my car is NOT reserved and ready? trashy. So I wasted money & my time plus late for work… thanks…but NO thanks! Give my ghost car reservation to Casper .

  Enterprise Stillwater OK! Best service, very kind and helpful employees. They go above and beyond in making the entire rental experience go smoothly and efficiently. They can achieve all that and still offer the best deals.

  Nice people, rented a car from South Mississippi, to one way ticket to Stillwater, OK. I love to use enterprise car rental very easy always had friendly service people. Congratulations on the young lady who just received her masters degree and will be starting a new job! She was awesome.
