  Crosstimbers Marina is awesome and special shout out to Tucker. He’s one of the top dockhands and always knows what he’s doing. Very respectful and awesome young man. I hope I get to see him next time I visit.

  We rented a tritoon boat for 9 hours. We were 15-20 minutes into our ride when the propeller broke as we were in the middle of the lake. We called the number provided and informed them of the issue at 11:20am they told us an employee would be out to repair the boat between 12:00 and 12:30. It was almost 1:00pm when I had to call again and verify if someone was coming as we had been sitting out in the middle of the lake. At approximately (1:45) an employee showed up with the propeller. The men in our boat had to help the employee with the repair. The employee and the men in our boat saw that the propeller was in terrible shape. The employee left and said we were good to go. Turns out the boat was still not working and we had to call the Marina again. We then had to wait an additional two hours for the Marina to send out another employee. From the 9 hours we rented the boat we were stranded for 4-4:30 hours, limiting our riding time. At the time of “check out” I informed the supervisor on shift about the unpleasant experience. The supervisor on shift was extremely unprofessional and stated she could only compensate the gas. Also proceeded to say I was responsible for the damage. And I did pay! Which I couldn’t understand because we were barely on the lake 20 minutes. So, my thoughts were the boat was already damaged. Didn’t care about that we were stranded and without food or water. Which we had already used up while waiting. Not only did this incident limit our riding time but we also had to pay for something that was already damaged. Needless to say, we will not be returning as we had such a poor experience.

  We had an amazing experience today! Tucker was incredibly kind, thoughtful, courteous, and genuinely concerned about making sure our family had a great day. We have a special needs son who is unable to walk long distances, and Tucker went above and beyond by driving us on the golf cart, explaining how to call for a ride back, and even offering to contact his supervisor to see if he could take us directly to our dock. The lake was beautiful, and the entire day was fantastic. Employees like Tucker truly make all the difference and deserve to be recognized. Tinley was wonderful as well! Thank you both for your outstanding customer service and for helping make our day so enjoyable.

  The marina was safe and clean, and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Tucker was very helpful taking us and our stuff to and from our vehicle so we did not have to walk.

  It was my first time at Skiatook Lake. The boat we rented was clean, the water was buoyant & inviting, valet service to boat slip was excellent and the food was delicious. Thank you Cross Timbers Marina.
