  1 star. Absolutely terrible shower. The water was dangerously hot and there was no way to adjust the temperature. It only came out extremely hot, making it impossible to take a shower without feeling like you were going to get burned. This is completely unacceptable, especially for a truck stop where drivers depend on having a usable shower. The shower needs to be fixed immediately. Very disappointing experience.

  Very big and empty. Why? They have 8 stray cats that will jump in truck and vehicles. I’m allergic. And all the employees are absolutely rude. That’s why there’s barely any business. I am going to call corporate about this issue. Due to things the employee said to me are wrong. I will have to rectify animal control issues

  Hello corporate... The shower area is a total disgrace and a complete failure. The air conditioners are broke one of them caught fire allegedly and I'm definitely not blaming the employees cuz they're only doing what they're working with... Come on corporate, don't you think it's about time for a remodel you know this building is extremely old. Indianapolis burnt to the ground and it was rebuilt. Matthews Missouri burnt to the ground and it was rebuilt.. come on corporate this store right here is in disgrace.. and the flow of traffic that's running through this store is incredible and the parking lot is not even a functioning parking lot look at the amount of drivers that you have coming through here and look how far they have to walk just to reach the store. I don't know about you but I don't know of any of us out of shape drivers even some of us that are handicapped that wants to walk that far you're going to have to hire a shuttle bus to come and get us.. it's not even fair. Yeah we need our exercise but not to the brink where we're going to have a heart attack in your parking lot.. most of us are truck drivers that's not physically active at this point but there's some of them a bar and good job for them. Is it not possible to make this parking lot a lot more trucker friendly???? Or maybe you should hire a shuttle bus to carry drivers from the parking lot to the store cuz it's so much needed.. I'm going to make it valid point.. you are expecting us to buy stuff out of your store but how are we going to buy Big ticket items when we have to carry it to the back parking lot.. and you know if in Wisconsin they have kwick trip up there and they provide shopping carts for people. I mean don't you think it's time to upgrade?? And they even make fresh hot deli sandwiches for the driver. Those barbecue rib sandwiches grilled and fried chicken sandwiches cheeseburgers hamburgers spicy dogs bratwurst potato wedges jalapeno poppers, they even carry breakfast sandwiches egg sausage bacon and cheese sausage egg and cheese egg ham and cheese.. big quarter pounder and cheese Come on corporate what are you waiting for? Let's go And you guys are really missing out.. The torch truck stop on i-85 in Alabama, please sell egg salad tuna salad chicken salad and they have loaves of bread ready in available for drivers to pick up and you just would not believe how fast that stuff sells.. Come on come on come on let's go let's go we need this stuff out here on this road

  I was in there this morning and witnessed an employee screaming at their manager and other guests, this isn't the first time that I've been in here and witnessed Sandra's negative behavior. This place is going downhill fast

  This was always a clean place to stop and take care of our business (using the restrooms) but the last few times we have come through the bathrooms are disgusting, human hair, both from someone's head and private area are everywhere, chunks of human shit are all in the stalls and the Young man working them doesn't seem to care
