- MHMatthew HatfieldMay 10, 20261.0QT is typically our easy choice to stop at on our way to okc from tulsa. Tonight though....sheesh... At 9pm on a Saturday night, The tea machines are empty, not currently making tea, just empty. All of them. Move to the coffee, looking at the Baskin Robbins of choices at that sector of the drink section. Pulled one lever after another. Nothing except a single straight black coffee. Again, nothing else brewing. Wife goes into the bathroom. Oh man, If we had another choice nearby we knew of she would have walked right back out. One stall had caution tape closing it, the trash was overflowing, and piles of paper towel shreds had started forming under the dispenser. Water all over the floor. This was negligence of management. It reminded me of a kum-and-go, or old school Circle K. And before the question "Did you tell someone?" is posed, the people to tell are the ones walking right by it. That's like calling the police on the police. They obviously don't care. We've been to this particular QT dozens upon dozens of times and it's slipping. I hope they can get it together sooner rather than later.
