Sapulpa Oklahoma will not pick you up because of only one employee

Poor service. Two employees one taking care of customers one talking to girl on non business topics while I wait to summarize my return a car. Other options out there. This one is off my list.

The Sapulpa Ok enterprise was a horrible experience. I had reserved a vehicle and got the confirmation # when we got there, they told me they did not have a vehicle for us and could not rent us a vehicle cause all 30 cars in the lot were recall cars. No nearby enterprises could help us. They put us in a huge bind. Me and my guys will not ever FOREVERRRR return to this location. Nor will I refer anyone.

I had a wonderful experience renting from Enterprise Rent-A-Car. The entire process was incredibly smooth, and their famous customer service absolutely lived up to its reputation. The staff was professional, efficient, and made vehicle pickup and drop-off completely seamless. The car itself was immaculately clean, fresh, and performed flawlessly throughout my entire rental period. I deeply appreciate how stress-free they made the whole trip, and I will definitely choose this specific location for my future rental needs. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a reliable, top-tier vehicle rental!
