  Huge thanks to Blake F! We were in a real bind with a tire going bad during a long road trip home, and he stepped in right away and got us taken care of quickly. He was incredibly helpful, friendly, and made a stressful situation much easier. Blake absolutely deserves recognition, and because of him, we will definitely be loyal Enterprise customers going forward.

  Whats the point of putting in a reservation and them calling and confirming that reservation... But you go get the car size and they inform you that they don't have a car for you. But they will put you in a car if you pay more

  Did not get the small SUV I requested but instead the only car in the lot which was a sedan. Car was not very clean and extremely uncomfortable to ride in. Since I had no options I took it. Price did not change bc they were same price on booking page.
