- SHSusan HartzellOct 2, 20262.0We pulled in for air in a tire. Unknown to us ( but NOT the staff). The air was was not working (it took air out of our tire instead of putting in) there was no out of order sign on the machine. We thought we had a flat so called AAA. after a 11/2 hrs wait someone one else came to use the pump and had the same problem, so we checked with the staff and they said the machine was broken. When we complained they said they didn't put signs on because people would take them off. AND wouldn't even refund our $2.50 because it's not their machine. What terrible customer service and 1 1/2 hours behind on our trip. Not even an apology. I will avoid pilots from now on whenever I can.
- BKBrent KolbSep 17, 20261.0They overcharge for diesel and its obvious the other gas station across the highway is a whole lot cheaper. I boycotted pilot and went across the highway to fill up diesel
- JLJERMAN LOERAAug 28, 20262.0They really need to work on cleaning the restroom, store and parking lot 😒 very buzy truck stop. Also 3 diesel pumps are out of service when I was there.
