She is a white female, gray/brownish long hair in a ponytail, and has missing teeth. This sales associate is the rudest worker I’ve ever encountered...the last straw was when I went today with a question about previously purchased money orders. I spoke to another employee, the manager, who politely answered my questions. The “ponytail” lady yelled at me and rolled her eyes at me. I complained to the manager that the sales associate is ALWAYS unprofessional and rude. If I ever step foot inside this Kum & Go again, I will be dealing with anyone but the rude lady.

My skirt was sticking to my panty hose and she helped me out my showing me this hair spray trick. Thank you so much for asking about my day and helping me out! Great experience probably the best!
