⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Beyond Elite Service – Aaron is an Absolute Rockstar! As the owners of Kody’s Mobile Mechanics, we know firsthand how crucial customer service and reviews are in this industry. Today, we experienced the absolute best, most professional service we have ever encountered at an auto parts store in our entire lives—and we’ve been in this business a long time. We had a job out in Collinsville for a customer with a 2019 Dodge Caravan SE who had ordered her alternator online. Kody drove all the way out, stripped the old one off, and realized the online system had sent her the completely wrong part. To make matters worse, the card the customer used to buy it online was no longer valid, leaving her in a major bind with the system unable to process a standard in-store exchange. Kody and I took both the old and new alternators straight into the store, and thank goodness we ran into the Store Manager, Aaron. Aaron went completely above and beyond. When the system gave us roadblocks, he didn't just give up and say "not my problem." He literally fought for us and the customer. He called his boss, and when they needed higher approval, they went another level up the chain. Between Aaron and his management team, they refused to take no for an answer until they got everything completely taken care of. Because of Aaron’s incredible attitude, politeness, and absolute determination to help, our customer got her correct alternator, we got it installed, and she left highly satisfied. A huge, massive shout-out to Aaron. You are a massive asset to AutoZone, and your big boss should be incredibly proud to have you running that store.
