  Every positive review about Mr. Duane Warren couldn’t be more accurate and true. My car broke down in the most perfect spot, right next to this specific autozone and Duane (the most kind person on the planet) diagnosed the issue and recommended the exact part I needed to swap out and now my car is driving better than ever. He is incredibly knowledgeable about cars and sees you as more than just a customer but as a person. He definitely was the highlight of my day with how helpful and kind he was!

  I visited this location while working on a trailer project. I had been sold the wrong parts previously, and was very frustrated. When I walked through the door the evening manager, Duane, immediately assisted me with a smile on his face and was very eager to help. He is very knowledgeable and knew exactly what I needed to finish my project. He even assisted me on how to best return the parts that I had already opened as one ticket because I only brought one of them with me and I had bought multiple items. And when I got home I had all the correct parts to finish my project. He also showed me an item that would make future maintenance on my trailer much easier and save a lot of time and trouble. Thank you so much Duane for helping me and making sure that I had the right stuff to get the job done! Also your comedic relief was on point!
