  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Service, Outstanding Attention to Detail, and a Team That Truly Cares! I had an outstanding experience at Valvoline Instant Oil Change on N. 63rd Street in Oklahoma City. From the moment I arrived, the team demonstrated professionalism, efficiency, and a genuine commitment to customer service. A special thank-you to Ivan and Kyler for going above and beyond. What particularly impressed me was their attention to detail. During my service, the team identified a boot on the driver’s side that was leaking grease. I had recently spent approximately $2,700 having the entire front end of my truck repaired, and had they not brought this issue to my attention, I may never have known there was a problem until further damage occurred. Because of their diligence, I was able to immediately contact the repair shop that performed the original work and arrange to have the issue addressed. That kind of proactive service is invaluable and demonstrates a level of care that goes well beyond simply changing oil. Having spent much of my professional career in leadership, I recognize and appreciate employees who take genuine ownership of the customer experience. Valvoline leadership should be extremely proud of Ivan and Kyler. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to customer satisfaction are exactly what build trust, loyalty, and a strong company reputation. Thank you again, Ivan and Kyler.   The techs at the May/63rd location are exceptional. My oil filter is in a tricky location and they still always give great customer service. I appreciate them and highly recommend.

  Recently had my oil changed at the Valvoline on NW 63rd and May Ave. I have been bringing my vehicles and those of my children yo this location for years. The service is ALWAYS professional, courteous, and as quick as it can be and also be thorough. When I first moved to OKC I would use the J.L. on N. May and Hefner. After hearing one scare tactic after another being used on EVERY single vehicle owner on EVERY VISIT (including one J.L. employee tell a young lady she REALLY NEEDED to change her cabin filter because he was very concerned about her on "all the dirt roads between there and Guthrie"). It was actually disgusting to watch snd listen to them. No such thing has ever happened in all my visits to Valvoline. They give you the information and then let you decide without them trying to tell you it was urgent to do. They even told me and my daughter that her battery was starting to experience degradation and that we might soon want to consider replacing it. We didn't replace it and 6 weeks later after she moved to Dallas my daughter calls me to say her car wouldn't start. It needed a new battery just like the Valvoline employee told us. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE VALVOLINE AT NW 63rd and MAY AVE.. TRUE PROFESSIONALS!!

  When you need an oil change on your lunch break and don't have a lot of time to wait around, this is a great stop with quick and friendly service. They are very good at explaining just what you need and giving you options to move forward before they do the work. Great find, centrally located.

  1st time visiting Valvoline Instant Oil Change Center while visiting OKC. Stopped in to inquire if they used Valvoline Restore & Protect line of oil. The Manager informed me that they did not but, if I wanted to purchase that particular oil and filter myself, they would change the oil and provide the same full service on my vehicle and charge a reduced fee. The next day I reurned (no appointment needed) and received excellent customer service, my oil and filter were replace, battery and wipers checked, AC refrigerant checked, engine air filter plus fluids topped off. Even in over 100°F weather the (predominantly female) staff was very responsive, inspected and informed me of every area of my vehicle and had me on my way in about 15 minutes. I was so impressed with the service and business model that I looked up locations in my local area and will definitely be using Valvoline Instant Oil when I return home. Excellent experience.
