  The company I work for uses this location and suggested them to me for my personal vehicle listed the best service I’ve had in years hands down they always offer the best options and are upfront with pricing so far their customer service is unmatched!

  First time visiting this location. Ivan was very humble positive and informative with services needed and recommended. Very personable person. Mitch was very friendly as well. Everyone i saw at this location was happy and working together to get customers in and out. Will definately be returning.

  Ivan was very friendly, he went above and beyond. He scraped the pine sap off my windows and cleaned the dog snot off my windows! He also checked my cabin filter which is the probably the first time it’s been checked and it was filthy! He also found some coupons for me to use

  I just want the world to know these guys are my heroes!!! I have one vehicle, 2 jobs and support my mother and live far in the country, so you can imagine having car problems when you live all the way out there and needing someone to look at your car after work in the city when everybody's closing is a really huge challenge. Not to mention my car has special underneath of the vehicle processing to check fluid for transmission. My transmission overheated 2 days ago, and I just needed somebody to take a look to see if my fluids were gone and needed to be topped off. They found that on MY vehicle, to even check required removing my battery and tones of extra nuts and bolts just to get to where my fluid goes under my hood for the transmission. And then to access my transmission they had to go under my car. They found lots of scary problems that require repair and a mechanic IMMEDIATELY. They did not charge me for everything they went through to diagnose these issues for me. Ivan I believe is the manager's name there, has always been a kind-hearted person to encounter there, he said, do not worry about giving them any money today, he said get your car fixed so we can continue taking care of you long-term. I love this staff and this location. I have been coming here for 5 years or more, and will never go anywhere else for my basic fluid and oil needs. You guys went above and beyond for me yesterday and last minute at that! GOD BLESS YOU ALL

  I've been to many Valvoline locations, but the May and 63d street location in Oklahoma City is my new favorite. I'll be doing all my future visits there even if it means driving across town. There was no wait and I was able to immediately receive service after pulling in. I was greeted by Ivan with professionalism and friendliness. Raithan and Amanda assisted him. The team did a thorough inspection of my car and oil levels quickly. I appreciated how polite and pleasant everyone was towards me as a customer. I was even given a discount which was helpful for my budget. Overall very pleased with my Valvoline visit and will be back!
