- PBPapa Briz3 days ago5.0Everyone was very professional. Got the oil changed quickly and answered any questions I had. One mechanic accidentally spilled oil out of funnel and instead of hiding it and not saying anything to me, they immediately told me, apologized, and cleaned it up. This location and been turned around for the best reasons!
- WSWesley Stephens3 days ago4.0I always go here for my oil change, they do a good job and overall I am satisfied my only complaint is they need to work on not pressuring customers into additional services. Such as transmission flush they always push that one a little to hard every time i go. also they said I needed tire rotation. Which was not true I know because I had just got my tires roated about 2 weeks prior to my visit. Other that those few things this is a good place to get your oil changed, I can't speak for any other services they offer.

They explained everything clearly, never tried to upsell me on services I didn’t need, and made the whole process quick and stress-free. It’s hard to find a place you can trust with your vehicle, but this team definitely earned my confidence. I’ll absolutely be coming back for future oil changes.

Was helped out by Soldier and Emi and they did a fantastic job of explaining my needs to me as well as being super efficient and quick. They also took the time to walk me through the different services available to my car. Have been a valvoline customer for years now and will continue to do so with great customer service experiences like this one.
