Had my oil changed today finally everyone wouldn't mess with it since the pan is aluminum and the drain plug was rounded off. Shout out to deno and frank and everyone at valvoline today got me in and out and saved my piece of mind. Will ALWAYS be taking my vehicle here for service they are the only ones I trust!!

First time visit for an oil change and air filter replacement. Richard, Kaylee (I think?) and Hudson were all so kind! Took time to answer any questions or concerns I had and explained the whole process to me. Very friendly and will return for my next oil change/services.

Bought a Groupon for an oil change at this location. When I arrived the next day, I was told they don't honor Groupon because it's "a scam" and that I could get right in if I paid the standard rate. Drove off rather than allow the bait-and-switch that would have cost me an extra $30-40

Drove in , tried to enquire about a premium oil change for my suv. 3 guys standing around. Zero customer. One guy approached, “ You can’t park here. , first word out of him. “ I want to enquire about premium oil change service . If you are running any special or different packages you have available today. “ I don’t know. Goggle information is not accurate! “ he replied. Rude and condescending against a lady customer who is just trying to purchase a service. Will never return to Vavoline oil change. Suggest the company do some customer service training to your employees when they talk to a customer about selling your service. At Walmart super center now. Looks like they appreciate their customer. No coupon required. Same premium oil change package for much better price! Probably deserved a zero star for the other place.
