- SHSarah HerndonSep 29, 20265.0The manager Chadly was amazing with assistance, he was super kind and courteous to our mom. He was super knowledgeable on all aspects. He even printed out recommended things for our Toyota for its longevity. He was fast, and knew exactly what he was doing for the best efficiency.
- MCM L CarterSep 25, 20265.0This location is great. Fast, friendly and professional.
- FPfallon pateSep 23, 20263.0Nothing got done. You didn’t have my oil. But the staff was very nice!
- CWchristi williamsSep 17, 20263.0A little bumpy on the speed today, my usual place & I’ll be back. I think they were training & getting a delivery & it took quite a while.
- EWElizabeth WatsonSep 13, 20261.0Been a Valvoline customer for 30 years. This was the worst experience ever. Was scared to drive my vehicle out of the bay because whoever was doing the oil change appeared incompetent and not of sound mind. I even asked the main person working if they knew what was going on and should be working on my vehicle. He laughed and said “they should.” Midway through the oil change, the burrito truck guy came and they all scattered to get their breakfast burritos making me wonder if they’d even know where they were at in the process when they came back. I once again voiced my concern to Grady and his response was said with laughter “I’ve got anxiety to and maybe there is just a bad vibe in here today” This isn’t anxiety. I don’t appreciate the lack of professionalism. When I went to check out my oil change was $30 more than normal, I asked about that, he had no answer other than maybe prices have come up. I pulled the previous receipts out of my backseat and he gave me a discount. Will not go back, I was laughed at because I had serious concerns about the ability of the guys doing the oil change.
