  I gain a little bit of hope in humanity every time I come in for an oil change here! Always a hard-working crew that is kind, helpful, and clearly works really well together. They have great teamwork systems in place and are VERY efficient! I’m always in and out in less than 15 minutes. You can tell they take pride in what they do. Highly recommend!

  I had my oil changed and tires rotated here. I brought my own preferred oil and filter. When I got home, there was oil dripping from my engine bay. Thankfully, it was just oil they spilled (and didn’t clean up) either when extracting the old oil or when pouring the new oil into the fill neck. Sloppy work, but not a huge deal. Here’s the bad part—Even though I requested that they rotate my tires but to ensure they not tighten my lug nuts with an impact driver, they did so anyway and way over tightened the lugs (to approx 150 ft lbs) making them impossible to loosen even with my heavy duty torque wrench. When I took it back to them requesting that they break them loose and retorque to Toyota specs (between 90-100 ft. Lbs as spec’d for aluminum wheels) they said they could only do that if I have the tires rotated again by them! This would mean paying them again to fix a problem they created. No thanks. Although they were nice people with above average customer communication skills, they just lost me as a customer. My brake shop, tire shop, and the Toyota service techs all said it appeared this oil change shop used the incorrect torque spec and way over tightened all of the lugs during the tire rotation. And would not correct the issue. It would have only taken one person about 10 minutes to correct. The local Toyota dealership solved the issue for me at no charge, but I tipped the Toyota techs very well for fixing the issue caused by this shop.

  Brittany, David and Levi were super helpful, friendly, quick and efficient. I have been going to this location for nearly a decade and before it was Valvoline, but the service I receive with the Valvoline crew is always excellent!

  Invoice after done said all 4 of my tires had been aired up to 35 psi. Though my onboard dash was showing me 29, 30, 31, 32 psi immediately after I had paid and left. Pretty sure my tires were not even checked at all.

  Best Valvoline we’ve been to! We will definitely be coming back. Another Valvoline location had used zip ties on our undercarriage, and we came to this location for another check, not knowing what the first location had done. The team here took pictures and showed us the zip ties, then replaced them with the proper clips. They even took a video afterward to show us the correction they made. I really appreciate them taking the time to make it right and fix the issue. The manager, Harley, was great and very personable, keeping us informed about everything they were doing. This is a great location that is managed very well, with employees who truly care about their customers. Highly recommend!
