  I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Tommy’s Express today. After doing Amazon Flex deliveries on muddy rural roads following the recent storms, my vehicle had thick mud caked underneath it that regular washes weren’t fully removing. The staff went completely above and beyond. They actually stopped the belt, loaded my vehicle into position, and manually power-washed underneath my car to help remove all the packed-on mud and dirt. They noticed the issue themselves and took the initiative to help me without hesitation. That level of customer service is rare these days. Everyone was kind, professional, hardworking, and genuinely cared about helping me get my vehicle truly clean. I drive for work, so taking care of my vehicle matters, and they treated me with so much respect and care. Huge thank you to the team at Tommy’s Express. You all were amazing today, and it absolutely did not go unnoticed.

  Had a terrible experience with my vehicle. I paid for the “WORKS” but definitely did not receive it. The car that went after I did complained about the same thing as we were vacuuming. The customer service was just another thing to add. The cashier was pushing to make a sell and was very disrespectful about it. Another thing to add was ability to turn into the wash. They advertise “duallies are welcome” but you got to make a 12 point turn just to get in the sucker just to get an awful wash! Very disappointed, DO BETTER!

  Got the Works wash. It's top notch. My car looks gorgeous afterwards. Also a shout out to Vince, for a young guy, he takes customer service to another level. It's hard to find someone who cares about the customer. Vince is an awesome guy who treats the customer with the utmost respect. Management give Vinny Bag O' donuts 🍩 a raise, he certainly deserves it!!!

  Just had an outstanding experience at Tommy’s Car Wash and had to share. This place is top tier from start to finish. The facility is incredibly clean, well-maintained, and has a ton of space so you never feel cramped or rushed. The free vacuum stations are a huge bonus and actually work great, which isn’t always the case at other places. What really stood out though was the staff. Supervisor Jerome was professional, courteous, and clearly takes pride in running a tight operation. You can tell he sets the tone for the whole team. Serenitie went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, super friendly, attentive, and genuinely cared about the customer experience. They also offer some really cool wash options depending on what you’re looking for, and everything is laid out in a way that makes it easy and efficient.   I decided to try Tommy's Express Car Wash because of an incredibly good coupon offer and discovered it is the best car wash Club I have ever experienced! At my previous location I would go through the car wash and still have to scrub off bugs. Tommy's is the best quality full car cleaning I have ever had. I've had several conversations with the team members and every one of them are courteous and helpful. Absolutely worth trying!
