  Replaced my rack and pinion steering system and power steering pump. Excellent work had some issues though with the parts but as far as Southside did a great job.

  Took my car in for a diagnostic test which was $200 a year ago. They ended up having the window drop/break on the back driver side and told me they fixed it. I just found out recently that they didn't put the screws in correctly on the door cover when they put it back together and they also unplugged the window so it wouldn't work. They didn't tell me about any of this so now I have got to get the window fixed when they could have done it when they had it when they broke it.

  This repair business is a rare one. Their skill, honesty, and integrity are of the highest caliber. I highly recommend them for any service you need. My Story My husband's car had overheated and I had taken it into a different shop that quoted over 3500 for multiple services including thermostat replacement, replacement of hoses leading to the transmission, flushes, and etc. It all struck me as a bit suspect. I took it to Southside Garage for inspection and I expected at least a thermostat replacement, maybe a flush, at minimum. Apparently the previous shop had cleared the codes, so Southside spent all day trying to find the problem. They found no problems. None. I was shocked. I was hoping for repairs that were 1000 or under. I have been stressed by my medical issues as a result of a hit and run, as well as the stress of losing my car in that wreck. Their honesty and integrity greatly reduced my stress. I cannot thank them enough.
