  I had a serious issue with my truck. I had my truck towed there and within a couple hours, the same day, my truck was ready to go, and the price was amazing.

  If I could give 10 stars I would. The absolute best mechanic bar none. The owner is a man of his word and takes care of you like he would his own family. Honest, integrity, compassion, and accountability are of the many traits I've seen at this shop. I won't take my vehicles anywhere else. I've used this shop a handful of times and always impressed.

  Vehicle had been throwing multiple codes putting the vehicle into limp mode at random times. Logan narrowed it down to the alternator which corrected the codes and also took care of annoying issue with the transmission shifting up:down between gears at 40-60 miles an hour. This transmission issue had been there since the vehicle was brand new. 2017 Honda Pilot

  Evaluation and diagnosis of the issue was timely. Repair was done professionally. Price was fair. I returned to the shop a couple of days later with a follow up question and they took the time to examine my issue and made some minor adjustments to remedy the issu e at no charge. They actually care about their customer and go the extra mile to meet their needs.

  Have used SouthSide Garage 5 or 6 times, and they are top notch. Took in our F150 for grinding brakes, and they did a great job. They always check to see if anything else needs fixing, but they don't try to sell you something you don't need. I am a former mechanic, and am impressed with the quality, honesty, and integrity of this bunch. Additionally, I locked my keys in the truck and they worked after hours to get it unlocked for me and wouldn't take a payment from me. They go above and beyond.
