  I hate leaving negative reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience. I paid about $40 for “the works” and since I had a larger vehicle it was more than the normal $30 wash. I had no issue paying the extra because I expected the services that were advertised to be completed. Unfortunately, they weren’t. When I got my vehicle back, my center console hadn’t been cleaned out, even though that was included in the package. My door panels were still dirty, the back seats hadn’t been wiped down, and several other areas looked like they had been overlooked. Overall, the attention to detail is just not there. The most frustrating part of my experience was that my car key was missing when I got back into my vehicle. After searching, an employee eventually found it underneath my passenger seat. Instead of simply apologizing, I was told it had been under my purse in the passenger seat, which wasn’t true. I watched the employee reach underneath the seat to retrieve it while also retrieving a piece of plastic and a few coins. Being made to feel like I was mistaken or dishonest was disappointing and unnecessary. The pricing is inexpensive, but in my experience, the quality of the work and the customer service reflected that. I understand that mistakes happen, but how they’re handled matters. Unfortunately, because of the incomplete detailing and the way the missing key situation was handled, I won’t be returning.

  I came in with a $200,000 car owner or manger was disrespectful and try to kick me out because I was trying to clean the armor after them from inside my car. They didn’t do a great job when I try to fix it. She tried get me out of the property and go do it in ur house if I’m not allowed to clean my car after they did bad job And the charged me 55 dollars I don’t recommend this place
