  the bristles are harsh and took off a chunk of my paint from my car. i didn't know that could happen until i read online reviews of other ppl having the same happen to them.. Edit after reading response: I didn't file a claim because I don't seek money for damages, I just want other people to know my experience so they can make an informed desicion. My car is from 2017, so definitely older, yet other car washes didn't take off my paint, and I've used many different brands of car washes before. Also, I do recall seeing something about damage disclaimer before going into the car wash, which I thought was quite odd because it's as if you have had many complaints before so you had to make a warning so that drivers know they consent before going in that everything is video recorded and that basically you are well protected from damage claims so that drivers know yall are innocent. Which is weird because I haven't seen any such disclaimers on any other car washes before going in, so I feel like that further validifies that it's not that my car is older than 5 years old, thus it's my fault for the paint coming off and nothing wrong with the car wash, but that the way the car wash was constructed, makes many older cars prone to problems. So I guess I'd recommend cars older than 5 years not use this car wash. And cars newer than 5 years protect themselves from harsh bristles and use other car washes. Here's the thing, I may sound like I'm mad on text, but I'm really not. I just think that based on the paint chip off my car, I'd stick to using other car washes and recommend other ppl do as well.

  All the staff I interacted with were great. Very kind and friendly and weren’t too pushy about the membership. The wash was pretty lack luster and left noticeable scratches on the hood of my car. I was also told by the staff I could easily cancel the membership if I came back to the location on 11/10 to cancel, but per the sign-up email I received, I’ll be charged full price 11/9 and there’s a fee if you cancel your membership within 45 days of starting it.

  I had a great experience at the car wash, and I especially want to recognize Raivan for her excellent customer service. She was very helpful, polite, and genuinely friendly. She made sure I felt welcomed and taken care of, and her positive attitude really stood out. It’s always nice to come across someone who takes pride in providing great service. Thank you, Raivan, for making my visit a great one!

  Have used this car wash location off & on since Kangaroo Car Wash & Zips as well. While the workers seemed happy & polite the mechanics inside the car wash seemed to be the same as the others that were in this location, nothing upgraded. [The free] Car wash [offered in their 12 days of car wash promo] didn’t clean my car at all, and I spent more time with the wet rags cleaning the outside of my car than the wash ever did. I wasn’t bribed with a car air freshener either as no one walked up and showed me their nifty name badge. Please take some of those reviews with a grain of salt as they were “paid” for if you rely on those reviews to use this wash. Response to Owner: I know what I observed while I was there. People were showing the employees their phones prior, receiving what appeared to be air fresheners afterwards, and I heard comments about adding the employee’s name. Combine that with how many reviews mention employees’ names & nothing about the actual visit (and compare to other company’s reviews & see how many actually mention specific workers names). I’ve never had an employee ask to see or want to see my phone when they were just checking up on me. I feel it’s understandable how I came to that conclusion. If that isn’t what was happening, then fair enough, but that’s certainly how it appeared from a customer’s perspective.
