  Car was mechanically sound and there were no issues on that score. Choice of vehicle at pickup location was pathetically small and one clerk said we could trade the next morning, but the next morning a new clerk said we would have to wait until the afternoon. Not a fan of the Chevy trailblazer.

  We recently switched all our rentals from Hertz (President's Club) to National after a class-match was granted to Executive Elite status. Our first rental from HOU to OKC went perfectly smooth. An attendant met us at the walkout booth, recognized we had a large SUV, and went to bring the vehicle to the front for us. Asked if the vehicle was okay and helped us load our luggage. Upon return, Ben did an excellent job inquiring about the vehicle and overall service. This experience could not have gone smooth. We are extremely happy that we switched!!

  Absolutely, positively, unequivocally the friendliest and most professional group of people, both at pick up, and especially at drop off, that I have dealt with in the last thirty years! Fantastic service! Thank you!

  Arrived at the OKC airport at midnight to pick up a car I had reserved 3+ months ago, to find no cars available at all. Unacceptable

  Got in around 11:30 and was worried but the National team gave us a better vehicle without a second thought or trying to upsell us. Quick and professional. Will use the Emerald Club for our future personal rental needs!
