  i rented 2 times may 21, and june 4th, both one way. tulsa to okc and okc to tulsa. both times counter agents sold the toll pas device as "toll pass". misleading by omission of fact. the "pass" just takes their "service charge" off the toll you are charged. the "plausible deniability" used, is "its stated in the terms and conditions." manipulative practice at the counter, i find it unlikely the staff is unaware. i also specifically asked if i can just pay at the toll with cash/change, and she stated i could not any more. so, i can't pay cash, meaning captive to digital, and have to pay for a "non pass' to avoid the service charge from national, but still have to be charged the toll from a third party? i was able to have the first charge reversed, when i asked about the second charge i clearly would be getting, "you will just have to call back". will i use national again? no. to the respondant from national. i don't want to chat, and i definitely do not want to sit on the phone during MY work hours for an hour AGAIN being passed from rep to rep. here are my 2 agreement #'s EHI20112960, EHI202205432. my contact info should be accessible from there, email prefered. thank you.

  Return entrance was blocked off and could not get in touch with customer service. Had to leave car in the front parking lot. Horrible experience. I sent a detailed email about my experience. No response. They don’t really care, they just want the appearance of caring and wanting to make things right.

  Pick up my rental car from Atlanta Airport and turned it in OKC Airport. The staff at Atlanta was very polite and friendly; however the guy at the exit booth no so much, I had to prove to him that I worked for the company that rented me the car. Which I basically did at the pick up counter. Jennifer the young lady at OKC Return was extremely polite friendly and considerate, she must have apologized a dozen times for the guy at the exit booth at my pick up. She is the reason I keep coming back.

  I rented an electric pickup truck from Wichita to Dallas as I was told that I could make it on a single charge. That wasn't going to be the case as I went through Norman late on May 18th. I found a charger but it could not charge fast enough so the next morning I called National and asked to swap the car a the airport and they said that they would have it all set up for me. I was already going to miss a meeting and was in danger of missing another meeting. When I showed up, the person told me that they don't accept e-vehicles at this location, and if they did, they still couldn't swap because they had rented all their cars for the day. So, I was sunk with an e-truck and no one to help an Executive Elite member who rents weekly from National. For the next 3 hours I had to help myself dig out of this mess. I finally got a hold of National escalation who wanted to talk with someone there at the airport. They talked with the manager, who looked less than pleased to help, and by everyone's body language there, they were tired of dealing with me. He finally said that he could get me into a sedan which is pictured here to drive to Dallas. I took this as an insult to me for 2 reasons: 1. They could have offered me a sedan 3 hours ago and I still would have been able to make the 2nd meeting. 2. Only renting me this car pictured with 2 missing hubcaps and a broken volume dial, felt like they were sending me a message. Incredibly frustrated at the lack of empathy and care for an Executive Elite member. I heard back from Wichita with an apology about the e-car not making it to Dallas and offered to make it better. Never heard from OKC. Will not rent from this branch again.
