Book a car on the national website and when I arrived, I was told that they were sold out and they canceled my reservation

Been flying in and out of OKC a lot lately, and National has always taken care of me, I always run into this gentleman Blake. He always makes sure I had a good experience with a past trip and inquires what will enhance the next trip...After long and often delayed flights travel, You want atleast one thing to go as smooth as possible and I can always count on Blake & National Car Rental

We recently switched all our rentals from Hertz (President's Club) to National after a class-match was granted to Executive Elite status. Our first rental from HOU to OKC went perfectly smooth. An attendant met us at the walkout booth, recognized we had a large SUV, and went to bring the vehicle to the front for us. Asked if the vehicle was okay and helped us load our luggage. Upon return, Ben did an excellent job inquiring about the vehicle and overall service. This experience could not have gone smooth. We are extremely happy that we switched!!
