  👏GOOD HONEST PEOPLE! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Steller customer service front to back!! General manager Shawn Roberts, to Kalen Vincent the service advisor. We had a nightmare situation that was resolved seamlessly with integrity and poise. While traveling out of state our key fob just stopped working, keep in mind our Landrover Defender 90 is less than 1 year old. I thought we would be stranded but we were actually able to use it manually long enough to limp our way home. Once at the dealership we learn key fobs are one of the few items that are not covered by any warranty manufacturer or otherwise. To add insult to injury it was gonna be about $1000.00 for a new one. Shocked and appalled I contacted the Landrover directly. Debbie (with a southern accent sweetier than a big ol glass of iced tea on a hot Georgia day ) confirmed this was in fact the case. I was FURIOUS 😠 😡 I went in and spoke with the manger who stepped up and immediately went to work to find a solution. He got me squared away with a brand new loaner vehicle so I could get back on the road and went to work on trying to solve the mystery. He called Monday to say not only did I now have two new keyfobs (drumroll please) there would be NO CHARGE! 🥳 Every interaction we have had with this company - sales associate, receptionist, service techs, mechanics and management have been exceptional! I would highly recommend doing buisness here they treat you like family! ❤️🤗

  Was very helpful and worked with all my needs. Arranged a loaner vehicle. That was very clean and new. Would definitely recommend.

  I recently visited Land Rover Oklahoma City while looking at luxury SUVs, and the experience was very well handled. The showroom was clean, modern, and had a strong selection of vehicles on display. The staff was professional and attentive, giving clear explanations about features and options without any pressure. I appreciated being able to take my time and compare different models comfortably. Overall, a smooth and premium experience that fits the Land Rover brand well.

  This is my second purchase from Land Rover OKC. They take great care of their customers. I worked with Daniel on my most recent purchase, he was awesome! He handled everything and made the whole process incredibly easy. I would highly recommend them and asking for Daniel when you go.
