  Worked with and bought a Range Rover from Daniel at Land Rover Oklahoma City online and he was a pleasure to work with. In addition, he made all the arrangements to have the car delivered to me in another state. The affordability, the service and Daniels prompt attention to the sale was exceptional. I would highly recommend this auto company and especially Daniel.

  I just want to start by giving a special shoutout to Levin, the dealer porter for giving me a ride to the dealership from the airport. This experience goes down below sea level after this. Awful car buying experience. The price that Jason corresponded over text was all of a sudden different in person. May have been because “at first you were bringing your own financing”. Not sure how that changes anything , but sure. He acknowledged that he obviously said that to me via text, but unfortunately after going to speak to his boss, “we don’t have that much room in the car, we can’t come down $1500”. Your apology means absolutely nothing when you refuse to honor the price you goofed and told me. You told me the price, maybe you could’ve taken it out of your commission. If you didn’t have room to honor the price YOU told me since I decided to use dealer financing, you shouldn’t have been able to honor it even if I was bringing my own. Of course I find this out while sitting at his desk, after traveling on two paid flights from St Louis, Missouri, and paying for a non refundable hotel. Then, I get back to finance, and the gentleman I spoke with, Jared, was not in. The day prior when he got me approved through the bank, I asked him if I could reduce my down payment from $3k, to $2k, he said that should be fine as long as we didn’t go anything under that number. The finance manager who I worked with, Mak, knew nothing about this, and said the lowest I could put down was $2,876 total, (I had already put down $1k to hold the vehicle while I traveled in.) This was a very displeasurable car-buying experience and I would not recommend Bob Moore Land Rover to anybody who does not own a magnifying class and a tape recorder.

  The Service Team was very polite and helpful! They kept me informed on the progress throughout the process. I was provided a loaner vehicle over the weekend while they ordered a new tire. I am very pleased with the service provided!

Every step of the process was handled professionally, and I always felt informed and valued as a customer. The delivery of my vehicle was seamless from start to finish. The team went above and beyond to ensure everything was taken care of, making the entire experience stress-free and enjoyable. Their attention to detail, honesty, and commitment to customer satisfaction truly set them apart. What impressed me even more was that every(service) department shared the same commitment to excellence. The team in the service department took the time to listen, answer questions, and make sure all of my expectations were met. It was clear that customer satisfaction is a priority for everyone involved, not just the sales staff. I am extremely impressed with the professionalism and care I received throughout the entire process. If you're looking for a company that delivers exceptional service and truly cares about its customers, I highly recommend them. Thank you for making this such a positive experience!
