- CHClark Hunter2 days ago1.0Do not go to this location. Been going to Jiffy Lube for years, and if this would've been my first experience with this company....I'd never return!!! Extremely unprofessional, didn't complete services that were requested, tried to charge me more even though I had a coupon and they knew it....heck, I'd go to Walmart Auto Care before returning to this shop, and I DO NOT ALLOW Walmart to work on my vehicles!!!

- PFPatrick FApr 23, 20265.0Pulled up for a potentially lengthy full synthetic oil change but I barely had time to emotionally prepare before it was done. In short, like my oil change, my car got serviced faster than I was able to process my own life decisions. James is on another level though. Elite customer service. Calm, efficient, and somehow made me feel like my car was the main character. If there’s a system, he’s running it. If there isn’t, he invented one. Fast, easy, zero stress. I’d trust James with my car and everything else with my life at this point. Give this man a raise and promotion immediately!

Their patience and genuine care for customer understanding really stood out. I highly recommend them for their professionalism and excellent service. I’ve visited in the past under previous management and had a very different experience, where I did not feel treated with the same level of professionalism. (Also to the point I did not want to return to the store) This team, however, has completely changed my impression. I highly recommend them. They definitely deserve a raise. @ jiffy Lube You definitely have two great employees right here!!
