  I called the rental place number and was given a personal cell phone number of someone to try to rent a big comfy car. I couldn’t get through to the person so I sent a text message. They replied that they had corvettes or Porsche. The purpose of this rental was because my long wheel base sedan was going in for service and I wanted to rent something comparable. So I replied to the text to let them know what I was looking for and didn’t receive a reply. I called back to the store and they put me on hold and never came back on the phone. It’s strange that they don’t find people important enough to reply to them or anything. I could have rescheduled my service if they had told me when they would get a larger vehicle back or something but to simply not reply is very unprofessional.

  By far the worst rental car experience I’ve ever had. At first I worked with Joshua, whom I was told after weeks of trying to get in touch that he was no longer with the company. Then I worked with Tyrone. After HOURS of trying to get in touch with Tyrone the morning the rental was to be returned, he completely changed the plan for returning the rental car, provided the wrong address for the return, and then completely stopped responding to all of my texts and phone calls leaving us stranded with no way of returning the car. Because of this we were nearly late for our flight. Whatever you do, do not book with this company.

  This is by far the best Enterprise location I highly highly recommend from getting me into the right Rental to taken care of every need and I have a lot of needs lol they help me with no problem

  Very unprofessional and rude manager . The guy who was sitting in an office, where I was inquiring about renting out a car from the exotic fleet was very rude and abrasive, seemed like he couldn't handle his job which showed by his poor attitude. I just walked and never coming coming . Definitely wouldn't recommend that branch
